Abstract
The invention refers to processes for powdery coating and may be used for coating of nonmetallic surfaces, in particular surfaces of the wooden articles.The processes for powdery coating of wooden articles comprises cleaning of the wooden article surface, moistening of the cleaned surface, electrostatic spraying of the polymeric powder onto the moistened surface up to the complete evaporation of moisture, evaporation of the remainder moisture, hardening of the polymeric powder after the moisture evaporation, cooling of the wooden article. Hardening of the powder is carried out at a temperature sufficient for the melting-down and hardening of the powder, but insufficient for heat penetration into the article. Novelty consists in that in the worked article there are carried out in the wooden fibers direction a series of orifices, the diameter and the depth of which as well as the number thereof per unit of area depend on the wood species.
