Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to the field of surgical and orthopedic stomatology, and may be used for treatment of patients with defects of the dentitions of different localization.Summary of the invention consists in that the implant is composed of the removable and intraosseous parts, joined with each other by means of a threaded connection. The removable part of the implant includes a neck, made in the form of a pin, at one end of which there is fixed the head, and the other end is made in the form of a cone and equipped with a threaded partition. Into the intraosseous part it is made a blind threaded hole for the pin and a longitudinal through channel passing through it median portion, wherein on both sides of the blind threaded hole there are installed with the possibility of longitudinal displacement fixing elements, the first ends of which are contactly placed into the blind threaded hole at the level of its central axis and made with beveled edge, congruous with the cone-shaped end of the implant removable part's neck, and the opposite ends are made pointed and placed at the edge of the intraosseous part.
