The invention relates to the electric measurement engineering and may be used for high-precision measurement of the impedance components.The device for measuring the impedance components, containing a measuring signal generator and a negative impedance converter, having one output terminal connected to the ground, two terminals for connection of the measuring object, a resistor, having one output connected to the second output terminal of the generator and the second output terminal - to the first terminal, and a null-indicator, additionally includes a differential amplifier, having its input terminals connected in parallel to the resistor and its output - to the input of the null-indicator, with that the second output terminal of the negative impedance converter is connected to the first terminal, and the second terminal is connected to the ground.
