Abstract

The invention relates to the veterinary medicine and can be used to increase the reproductive ability of bulls.The method of obtaining cryoresistant bull seminal material includes the intramuscular injection in the meddle part of the bull neck of 0.5% solution of Spirulina platensis extract in a dose of 0.4 ml/100 kg of body weight, during 10 days, after which it is carried out the selection and freezing of the seminal material using the extract obtained from Spirulina platensis extract cultivated on a medium, containing in g/L; NaNO3 - 2.5; NaHCO3 - 2.0; NaCl - 1.0; K2SO4 - 0.5; Na2HPO4 - 0.2; MgCl2 - 0.05; CaCl2 - 0.024; H2BO3 - 0.00286; MnCl2·4H2O - 0.00181; CuSO4·5H2O - 0.00008; MoO3 - 0.000015; Fe-EDTA - 1.0 ml and iron selenite, added in a concentration of 0.03 g/L in the first 12 hours of cultivation.
