Abstract
La présente application conceme une méthode de préparation d’extraits riches en cannabinoides a partir des plantes du genre cannabis ou de leurs sous produits ou de n’impo1te quel source contenant a9-tetrahydrocannabinol (a9-thc), cannabinol, cannabidiol leurs acides carboxyliques correspondants et le thcv. Selon la présente application, le matériel végétal est suspendu dans une solution aqueuse a un ph hautement basique, et extrait en présence d’une énergie ultrasons. La suspension ainsi obtenue et claritiée. Un extrait ces est obtenu par la suite par une précipitation par ph inversion. Par la suite cet extrait est utilisé pour purifier sélectivement les cannabinoides individuels avec un processus chromatographique.
