Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de fumigation, un mélange de gaz composé d'un agent de fumigation et d'un liquide cryogène est évaporé, en ce sens que le mélange se trouvant sous pression dans un réservoir est guidé à travers une vanne de détente afin que le mélange soit totalement évaporé et la vapeur de fumigation est acheminée vers un produit. Selon un premier aspect de la présente invention, le mélange dans le réservoir est tempéré de manière à former un fluide supercritique. Cela empêche une distillation de l'agent de fumigation. Selon un deuxième aspect de la présente invention, le mélange évaporé est pulvérisé en ajoutant de l'air comprimé et le rapport entre le mélange et l'air comprimé est réglé au moyen d'obturateurs interchangeables et/ou de vannes de détente réglables. Il est ainsi possible de faire varier librement le rapport entre le mélange et l'air comprimé.
