Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant au moins l'un parmi un composé fgf-21 (facteur de croissance des fibroblastes 21), au moins un agoniste de glp-1r (récepteur du peptide analogue au glucagon 1) et facultativement au moins un médicament antidiabétique et/ou au moins un inhibiteur de dpp-4 (dipeptidyl peptidase-4) pour le traitement d'au moins un syndrome métabolique et/ou de l'athérosclérose, en particulier du diabète, de la dyslipidémie, de l'obésité et/ou de l'adiposité.
