Innovators Showcase | NRF Retail's Big Show APAC

Is your company the next retail trailblazer? The NRF APAC Innovators Showcase returns to Singapore from June 2–4, 2026, bringing together a select cohort of technology companies at the forefront of retail innovation. Following two consecutive sold-out editions, the showcase is recognized as the most anticipated feature of NRF Retail’s Big Show: Asia Pacific, consistently drawing attention from senior retail decision-makers and international media.

With previous editions oversubscribed, early applications are strongly encouraged.

Companies interested in applying must complete this short application. Applicants will be evaluated on 3 key questions:

What problem does the solution solve for retailers and what is its significance?
What product market fit has the technology achieved?
Is the company ready to scale?

Additional participation requirements:

Technologies must be live with a retailer or in a pilot phase – no concept phases permitted.
Technologies cannot have previously participated in the 2025 NRF APAC Innovators Showcase unless showcasing a brand new product or service that is entirely unrelated to the previous demonstration.
Technologies must be displayed in an interactive, immersive manner.

Pricing

Companies pay their rate (detailed below) times the number of 3 x 3 meter spaces taken:

Startup Companies (Founded in 2021 or later): $6,000
Established Companies: $7,500
