Over the past six months, EG has welcomed five industry-specific software businesses: Bright Energy, Cubit, Edlevo, Primula & eCompanion, and Lex247 - spanning fire services in Norway, energy grids in Sweden, schools, public payroll, and law firms across the region. And with them, around 300 colleagues who know their industries inside out. Different industries, same principle: the people who know the work should build the software for it. We’re pleased to have become a 10,7% shareholder in RLVNC, Relevance Communication Nordic AB. RLVNC is a Swedish newstech company offering free, high-quality news via a data-driven platform without paywalls or special-interest influence. The company has been publicly listed on the Nordic SME marketplace since 2017 and operates multiple independent media channels such as Dagens PS and Realtid.    “We are very impressed with what Relevance Communication has achieved so far and strongly believe in the company’s future. Through our engagement, we look forward to supporting the continued growth and development of its media platforms,” says Tom Olander, JOOL Group CEO. "Through this transaction, the company is reducing its running costs and strengthening its liquidity in both the short and long term. Catena Media is pivoting into a technology platform. It is doing it without a permanent CTO. Board member Martin Zetterlund takes over as interim chief technology officer from 17 September, under a consultancy agreement. He keeps his board seat and reports to CEO Manuel Stan - so the same person sits in oversight and in execution while the search runs. The previous CTO, Edward Midolo, joined in 2018 and held the role since April 2024. The announcement does not mention him. No reason for the departure has been given. Context matters here. After a weak Q2, Stan said the company would move "beyond affiliation and lead generation into a technical infrastructure and intelligence platform", citing volatile organic search revenue as AI changes how users find content. Zetterlund's background is security - he co-founded Sentor, acquired by Accenture in 2021. A strong CV, though the problem in front of Catena is search, not infrastructure defence.

Anybody who knows Andrew Fisher and the Myriad360 teams knows that there is a culture at play within the company that is so special, it’s basically infectious. How is it that hundreds of the movers and shakers of the cloud and networking world make it to Myriads annual holiday bash? Or that nearly every #digitalinfrastructure builder has a story where Myriad did something crazy over the top to help them? (Mine was 20+ years ago when Andy would send #cisco console switches to me an Raj within an hour - hand delivered on the subway!) The point is — none of this is on accident. Myriad360 punches above its weight because of a relentless internal focus on team building and culture. It’s why one of the first calls I made when the opportunity to support Akademisk Boldklub A/S ‘s 2025/26 kit came along was to Andrew Fisher. I hadn’t even finished the intro sentence when Andy said “we are in!”. Why, you ask? Why would the leading #cloud and #security firm want to partner with a soccer club (aptly named the “Academics” for us nerds) in Denmark 🇩🇰? The answer is: TEAM. Andy and everybody at Myriad knows that it takes an incredible amount of #teamwork to deliver for the worlds’ most demanding customers. It takes folks behind the scenes, it takes months or years or preparation, it takes showing up and delivering at the right moment, and it takes focus, determination and a desire to win on behalf of your customers, partners and colleagues. And that’s the same magical, if unsurprising, combination it takes to succeed in sport. Thank you to the Myriad team for being part of the winning combination at AB and for being such incredible partners.
