Vini saved our vacation!
We were stuck in LA Airport last night, after loosing our flight back Europe. We had trouble with the internet, and tried to order from both of our phones. One went trough and was confirmed. We received E-tickets for this order. Nevertheless, we later were informed that the second order was made. Even though it was not completed. And we were pulled for money twice. We were desperate. But after talkingt to Vini, everything resolved. She was friendly, calm and understood what had happend. Thank you, Vini!!! You realy saved our day, and the rest of the vacation. You made us safe.
