I placed order with Aladdin, and has now been waiting for more than a month without being shipped.

I have contacted customer service multiple times. Each time, I was told that my orders had been marked as “Priority”, but despite these assurances, there has been no actual shipment and no tracking information.

At this point, “Priority” appears to mean nothing, as there has been no meaningful action or progress on my orders.

I am very disappointed. I made an order on 28.07 with 7-day delivery. 7 days later there was no update and the answer I got from support was to wait. Another week later, upon contacting support again, they admitted they will not be able to fulfill the order and refunded it.
I just lost 2 weeks waiting for nothing!

There was some delay in shipping, but they responded to my e-mails and apologized. Ginger Turkish Delight is difficult to find, but my order had been well-packaged, and was fresh and delicious.

They bend over backwards to do everything right! The food is delicious.

Absolutely delightful products, exceptional service

Great and fresh delights. Fast delivery. I received my items in 3 days after I ordered them. I was surpirsed to see such a fast delivery from an international marketplace. I will order again.

I placed an order on May 18 and it still has yet to ship - five weeks later! I have reached out to customer service multiple times, and each time I get a generic response about there being delays, and that my package is now flagged as a “priority.” Even more frustrating/concerning is that they already charged me for my items, right after I ordered them. So I have paid for items that have not even been sent.

Clearly contacting customer service has done nothing to help in this situation. While some folks have given TryAladdin a good rating, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. It’s too much of a gamble.

Update: It is now more than six weeks since I placed my order, and it still has not shipped.

I had a problem with the Dubai filling shipment. This company was quick in their answer and resolved my issue.

I placed my order on May 19 and paid a premium for expedited delivery because it was intended to arrive before Eid. Despite paying extra for faster shipping, the order was never delivered in time for Eid and, in fact, was never delivered at all.

After waiting more than seven days without any updates, tracking information, or communication, I reached out to customer service seeking assistance and a solution. Instead of receiving an apology, an explanation, or an effort to expedite the shipment and correct the situation, the order was ultimately canceled. The cancellation felt more like a reaction to my complaint than a genuine attempt to resolve the problem.

What disappoints me most is not simply the missed delivery, but the lack of customer care throughout the process. A company demonstrates its commitment to customers when problems occur. In this case, I saw very little effort to communicate, take responsibility, or provide a satisfactory resolution.

If Aladdin truly wants to improve the customer experience, I would recommend:
• Providing accurate and timely order updates.
• Responding to customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Taking ownership when shipping commitments are not met.
• Working to resolve issues rather than canceling orders after customers complain.
• Offering appropriate compensation when premium shipping services fail to deliver as promised.

Unfortunately, this experience cost me both time and money and prevented me from receiving the items for an important religious holiday. As a result, my confidence in Aladdin has been seriously affected.

Ho effettuato l'ordine il 19 aprile, quindi sono passate 3 settimane, non ho ancora ricevuto i prodotti, mentre si garantiva la spedizione in 5-7 giorni lavorativi. La settimana scorsa ho contattato Aladdin via whatsapp, in risposta mi hanno detto che la merce proveniva dalla Turchia, andava in USA e poi sarebbe ritornata in Turchia e da qui in Italia. Mi e'arrivato ieri il tracking di UPS, e oggi una mail da UPS nella quale si richiedono codice fiscale e carta di identita' per procedere allo sdoganamento. Telefono al recapito italiano UPS ,l'operatore dalla Tunisia mi comunica che sono obbligata a fornire questi dati e probabilmente dovro' pagare un dazio per ricevere la merce, cosa non dichiarata da Aladdin. Sono in attesa di ulteriori sviluppi....mi riservo di restituire la merce e richiedere il rimborso, se saranno richieste tasse doganali . Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto dall'Italia, indipendentemente dalla qualita' del prodotto che non posso valutare

Oggi 15 maggio ho ricevuto il pacco , senza costi aggiuntivi. Devo dire che Tryaladdin ha provveduto a risolvere vari problemi che si sono presentati per effettuare la consegna. Comunque i prodotti sono di buona qualita' e la ditta ha anche emesso un buono sconto a titolo di risarcimento : potrei dare 4 stelle

Amazing products and great customer support experience. Cheapest products on the market. Items came on time and very well packaged. Will definitely buy again!

I made an order for $22.99 and I was surprised when the delivery showed up that I need to pay an extra $92.12 Tariff Fee. When I contacted customer service they told me that they solved the issue but they didn’t as the package was delivered again, with a request for $92.
I asked the company to cancel my order and refund my money. To this moment I’m still waiting for an answer. If the website had clearly said there would have been an extra tariff fee when I ordered, I never would have submitted the order. They wasted my time, their time and the delivery driver time.

Updating my previous review—this has now been fully resolved, and I’m very impressed with how the company handled it.

While I initially had trouble getting a response regarding shipping timelines, their team ultimately made things right in a big way. They ensured my original order arrived in the US and even went above and beyond by sending an additional order to Australia at no extra cost.

That level of customer service and willingness to fix the situation really stands out. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue and turn the experience around.

Happy to recommend based on how they handled everything in the end.

Ordered the Pomegranate Tea blend they have. Let me just say, it got to my house in the US from Turkey in about 4 days. That is amazing. The tea is also high quality, fresh, and good to the last sip. Will be looking to order from them again.

The boxes were my size of my hand the cookies are away too small. Every cookie is a size of half bite. I never see the cookies this small. Is it for small kids?

Very disappointed they sent me a box of Dubai chocolate that’s been expired for 2 months.

I spent $250 with this merchant and received the items after almost a month. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor and the quantity was less than what was promised. This was very disappointing and not what I expected. Due to my experience, I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this merchant again.
