scam – thousands of dollars wagered without a single payout

I wagered thousands of dollars on Thrill.com and did not receive a single payout or meaningful reward. When I contacted support, they ignored the actual issue and simply repeated that everything is controlled by an “automatic system” and that this is normal.

I understand that losing is part of gambling, but this is not just about losing. It is about spending thousands of dollars, receiving nothing in return, and then being dismissed by support without any proper investigation, explanation, or transparency.

The way they handled my case feels extremely suspicious and, in my opinion, like a scam. I strongly recommend staying away from Thrill.com.

I joined Thrill through a VIP transfer from Stake. I am currently Platinum 4 with around 50% progress toward the next level. Before that, after completing the required wagering for the VIP transfer, I had to wait several weeks for the transfer and rewards to be processed. During that time, I continued playing and generated significantly more wagering volume. However, once the transfer was finally completed, all of that additional progress was removed, and I effectively started over from Platinum 3. I received a level-up bonus when reaching Platinum 4 and was contacted by a VIP manager who invited me to the VIP Personal Telegram chat.

Unfortunately, that is where most of the VIP experience ended for me. From Platinum 4 onward, players are supposed to be eligible for level-up bonuses every 25% of progress. When I reached my first 25% milestone, my VIP manager informed me that this feature was not enabled on my account and said it would be activated. Later, when I asked about claiming it, I was told that I had supposedly clicked to claim only at 100% progress and that the missed rewards could not be restored. As a result, I have not received a single progression bonus since reaching Platinum 4.

Another disappointment has been the VIP communication. Despite having dedicated VIP managers and access to the VIP Telegram chat, I have never been proactively contacted by anyone from the VIP team. When I reached out myself during a prolonged losing streak to ask whether there were any available bonuses or compensation offers, I was simply told that there was nothing they could provide.

I am not saying Thrill is a bad casino. I have not experienced any issues with gameplay or the platform itself. My disappointment is specifically with the VIP program and the way my case was handled. For a casino that actively promotes its VIP experience and accepts VIP transfers from competitors, I expected a much higher level of service and engagement.

This is only my personal experience, but based on it, I will be returning to Stake, where I felt that VIP players received more attention and value from the VIP Managers.

I transferred my VIP status to THRILL after being offered 15% lossback as part of their VIP transfer program. I have hundreds of millions of dollars in wager on other platforms.

Based on that offer, I deposited and played on the site, ultimately losing approximately $4,000 within about two weeks of joining. As a brand-new customer, I did exactly what was available to me. My sportsbook limits were extremely low (around $100 or less on many events), making it impossible to generate the kind of betting volume they later claimed was required.

Only after I had already incurred significant losses was I informed that my activity did not meet the requirements for hosting and that the promised 15% lossback would not be honored.

My issue is simple: if there were requirements attached to the 15% lossback offer, those requirements should have been clearly disclosed before I transferred my VIP status, deposited funds, and continued playing. At no point was I told that the offer would be withdrawn after two weeks or that I needed to reach some undisclosed activity threshold.

To make matters worse, THRILL and its VIP team have refused to honor the 15% lossback that was offered and earned based on my losses. I also found my interactions with one of their VIP hosts, Carter, to be rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Rather than attempting to resolve the issue fairly, I felt my concerns were dismissed.

I have screenshots of the original offer and my conversations with staff. Had I known the 15% lossback would not be honored, I would have made different decisions regarding my play.

I understand casinos can change promotions going forward, but I believe promises made to acquire customers should be honored, especially when those promises influenced a customer’s decision to transfer, deposit, and play.

Unfortunately, my experience with THRILL’s VIP program has been disappointing due to the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and refusal to honour what was originally offered.

I will also be reporting them to regulators and posting this on social media to ensure other players are aware.

I used to think this was one of the best online casinos. In the beginning, the experience felt fair, exciting, and actually rewarding. After many losses, I finally hit a max win — but overall I was already down more than $2,000.

Since then, everything feels completely different. It honestly feels like some kind of “shadow ban” on my account. No matter which provider I try or whether I play original games, it’s just constant losses. It no longer feels based on luck anymore.

What makes the experience even worse is the support and chat moderators. Almost every admin I spoke to had a huge ego and treated customers badly instead of trying to help. It feels like they forgot who the customer is.

I had some great moments here before, but now it just feels frustrating and disappointing.
