Seriously bad, junky - and they an AI bot customer service who offers you 20% off on something else instead of returning and getting a refund. Horrible

Paid for two sets from these scammers and they only sent one. Don’t buy as the quality is pretty poor also. I won’t be recommending them.

Bought the all in one wratchet set and it broke upon first use. I contacted customer service immediatley and have been getting the run around. Made me send pictures, detailed description of how I was using it, how I stored it ect. Also wanted a picture of me trying to use it after I already sent them pictures clearly showing the whole middle “guts” of it basically exploded out and in pieces. Said they would get back within 48hrs and it’s been over a week. I don’t think they have any intention of refunding or replacing the item. Total SCAM company.

Very poor, bought a multi tool magnet ratchet. Failed after 2 uses now seller won’t refund. Currently on a charge back with the bank. Stay away.

You are given no choice than to pay the shipping protection fee, however it counts for nothing.
Has taken nearly a month (with me following the tracking all the way) to be notified that it’s been delivered - but it hasn’t! Toolsons customer service is abysmal and it’s taken them over 2 weeks to reply…to be told that it’s down to the UK carrier and I should take it up with them (even though it doesn’t tell me who that company is).
Would avoid at all costs. Feel as though it’s a big scam and will now be contacting my bank to see if they will help to get my money back. AVOID!

Been over a month and still no delivery, no coms, this company is a SCAM!

I ordered this set on 22nd JUNE almost onto bank to get my money back and it has just arrived today the4th JULY. Their biggest problem is length of time from ordering and delivering think that what others have said order from Amazon its cheaper

Massive scam. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They state free shipping globally on their site, then add on £4 shipping and £3 shipping protection on the final price you pay. Customer service non existent. Don’t respond to emails and no way to contact them. I completed the order a week ago and no status on tracking so have no confidence the order will arrive and no way to contact.

Very much as other reviewers. I ordered Toolsons' 'bargain deal' mini-wrench set and received an email saying that I'd receive it in a few days. Nothing happened, and when I tried to follow this up on the link to the firm's website I was warned off -- on both PC and smartphone -- by my security software, which said that this was a dangerous site. So I couldn't make contact. After a couple of weeks I asked my credit card company to cancel payment, only to find that the set arrived the next day! Good news: no! I'd already discovered that you can buy much the same thing for a much lower price on Amazon.

I was going to order but did a little research first. Toolson's magnetic screwdriver set is selling for $64 right now - supposedly marked down from $126. Well I found the same exact set online at Walmart selling for $12.69 - yes the same set! Go to Walmart online and search for Orangride Ratchet 24 in 1. This is a scam. Someone is taking advantage of people during this holiday season.
