Used 3 weeks and gained weight.. How do I get my money back? This is clearly a scam

THIS IS A SCAM!! Useless product and then denying 60 day money back refund when I complained and wanted to return product. Pay Pal found in my favour. Do not trust!!!

Slim Tide is most definitely a scam. I have read nothing but negative comments. I have been using the product for almost 3.5 months, with absolutely no results. While there have been no side effects, there have been no positive effects either. I overlooked the fact that you get sucked in with the "Oprah uses this" video, but took a chance anyway. Easy enough to work into a daily routine but extremely disappointed with no results, not even a pound lost. Waste of money. Don't buy this product.

I ordered and wanted to return and was emailing with Karla Santos in customer service to return for a refund, she has now stopped communicating with me even after sending several emails - I just wanted the name and address to return the Slim Tide - I am very annoyed this this company as they won't respond to my emails now

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Big scam with well trained thrives to work for them. I actually have them saved under "theives" in my phone. I Bought this product from JUNE 2026 and it is AUGUST 30th 2026 and I never received the product. I was over charged and was promised to get some money back and they would still send the product but that never happened. Every time i get off the phone with customer service i am promised an email with the tracking number but that never happened. I have called over and over and only gotten a partial refund. They refused to give me my full refund even though I never received anything. I have been calling them over and over and have gotten no where except for a high phone bill since it is an international call. At this point I have given up, my sanity is more important.

I was sold after watching a very long video. I usually check reviews but didn't this time and ordered 8 bottles as desperate to lose 20 pounds. i have almost finished 3 bottles taking 2 per day and have not lost any weight!!
When I contacted them to return 6 bottles they offered me a refund for $57.00 which I said yes to over a month ago but still not received. They don't even want their own product returned🤔

There is a bunch of lies and scams behind this product. It doesn't do anything to help you with weight loss. And forget about return and reimbursement, they act like a ghost 👻; they take your money and disappear.

The product didn’t work for me. I attempted to return the unused product for a refund; however, they refused my full refund and would only refund 80%

This is a bogus product. I hope Oprah sues the promotors of this totally disgusting scam for using her image and voice (obvious to me now as AI) as a legitimate spokesperson.
The ads prey on vulnerable desperate people. People who need help and would foolishly believe the false claims being made.
It is disgusting and disgraceful to make these impossible promises to people searching for help and a solution to their dire circumstances.
I took these pills faithfully for 6 weeks. Nothing. Not one pound lost.
I am BEYOND disappointed and feel like a total idiot.
Such a pity that people can be so convincingly duped and fall for this scam.

Run, don’t walk away from this scam. Buy NOTHING from BuyGoods. Fortunately I have a Chase bank account and they got my total investment returned when I got nowhere. I even threatened with the Consumer Protection Agency and the ai operator refused to connect me. SCAM!!!!

Very disappointed – think carefully before buying

I am 70 years old and purchased Slimtide because I genuinely wanted to lose weight. During the ordering process, their team asked me detailed questions about my weight, diet, exercise and goals, and based on my answers I was encouraged to purchase a substantial amount of products.

I spent approximately $1,013 plus tax on Slimtide, Derma Essential and Sleep Protocol.

I followed the instructions carefully, took the products every day, drank plenty of water, and did not miss a day. I started at 66 kg — and I am still 66 kg.

The package took more than five weeks to arrive from the United States. I received it on July 14 and started using it immediately.

When I asked for a refund for the products I still had, I was told that the 60-day guarantee is calculated from the purchase date, not the date I received the products. I asked them to make an exception given the circumstances.

Unfortunately, I received the same answer repeatedly: the system does not allow it.

That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I understand that companies have policies, but I expected some human consideration and goodwill after spending over $1,000 and following their recommendations faithfully.

Instead, I was offered bonus materials and instructions to continue using the products.

My advice: think very carefully before spending a large amount of money on these products. Do your own research and don’t assume that more products mean better results.

For me, this has been a very expensive lesson. I expected more.

I’ve been on this for two months now and haven’t lost 1 pound … first it was take one pill a day then when I got into the online stuff it said I had to take three pills a day so I had to spend more than they called me and wanted me to even spend more on some other products that would help. I refuse to spend any more and I have lost 0 pounds after two months on it.

First of all I paid too much for each bottle, $44, and I ordered six. After two bottles and no weight loss, I called for a refund and they said I was beyond their 60 days so I had to eat the purchase of $264. They could care less about complaints. Simply put, don't buy it!

I have been using this for 2 months and nothing.. this is a joke. DO NOT BUY IT

After about 45 days there was no results. I also noticed that I had completed two bottles which were supposed to be a 60 day supply. I opened more bottles and found between 28-30 capsules, not the 60 printed on the label. After multiple interactions with customer service they offered a free bottle and a 13% refund. This still didn't bring me to the 360 capsules I should have received and definitely not the 100% satisfaction guarantee. Lesson learned...don't by anything advertised on Facebook.

Horrible experience! I fell for the scam after what appeared to be a valid interview with Oprah Winfrey and her doctor about this miracle pill which replaces Ozempic and Munjaro. I was scammed for almost 400 US dollars and when the product did arrive it was Not what I had ordered but simply 9 bottles of
Melatonin pills. I tried to get a refund from the sellers and that proved to be a waste of time. It was obviously a bot that was answering my questions about a replacement or refund which was never resolved.
The following week I saw the exact same video for the same product but with a different name! I tried to report it to Instagram that it was a scam but that was useless.

This company is bad news, they deserve zero stars . The product Slim Tide made me extremely sick after taking only a few pills. I had tried to cancel my order immediately after seeing the confirmation ( the same day ) because the amount charged was wrong and not what I wanted. This company is a scam because they don’t honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy. I returned all 18 bottles and had to battle to get any money back . I even had to get my credit card company involved. I should have read previous reviews about Slim Tide and Buy Goods to see all the buyer beware complaints.

I listened to the whole video, thinking it was legitimate, because they used Oprah so well and made it believable. Ordered the Slim Tide and took it faithfully for the 60 days. Nothing changed as stated it would in vidio. I tried to contact the company to return it and it is all a SCAM. Phone numbers don't work, their return policy starts 60 days from the day you ordered not the day you received the product (which they don't tell you) so if you take the product for 60 days as directed then you are past the return time frame.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Lesson learned, I will always check the scam sites before ordering anything, if I ever do again.

If I could give this product and company 0 stars I would. I ordered on May26, 2026 and paid over $300.00 for 6 bottles including shipping. I received my Slim tide shipment on 6/7/ 2026, and started taking the product on 6/8/ 2026. I did get to speak with somebody during the ordering process, I told them that I had diabetes and other health problems that can contributed to my obesity. So they suggested that I take two capsules per day, justifying the amount that I was ordering.
Shortly after I ordered the product, I received a phone call from Rachel at the specialist center. She wanted to sell me more products. When I told her that I was told to take 2 capsules a day because I have diabetes, she said “oh no because you have diabetes you can’t take that much, you should only be taking one per day first thing in the morning before you eat anything“. She’s an assured me that if I needed anything, all I had to do was call her number and she gave me a number. The first few days were OK then I started feeling sick to my stomach. I continued taking slim tide, not realizing that it was the product that was making me sick.As time went on my nausea increased daily. After six weeks of taking slim tide every morning, I was so fed up with nausea and vomiting that I stopped taking it because I figured I was wasting my money, because I vomiting it up every day. I had decided I would start taking it again after I figured out what was making me sick all the time. After I stopped taking it, my nausea and vomiting subsided. That’s when I discovered that the slim tide was making me sick.
When I called the company to discuss a return, the recording said my return date had expired. The 60 day guarantee does not start on the day you receive the product. It starts on the day that you order the product. I cannot find a person to talk to about this. I am most unhappy with this product and their service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I truly believe that the only reason why I lost weight using this product is because I was so sick. I could barely eat anything that I could manage, eventually came back up.
