Starting with the very easy and thorough conversation you will start with figuring out what you want out of your discord to the completion of the server corrections. When they where done cleaning up the server he even sent me a video explaining all of the changes which was very appreciated. The server looks and feels great compared to a basic server that we used to maintain. The follow up support is also greatly appreciated to small adjustments that needed to be changed. Through and through it was money well spent.

There is a lot to say, but I got thrust into a leadership position in a gaming guild, and Nicolai saved me. Part of what we needed was a setup on our Discord server. Nico took charge of this, implementing things I vaguely described with my lack of knowledge. He did a wonderful job and took our server to great places!

After something broke on the server, he responded within hours and fixed it within minutes. He has been an outlet of knowledge for me, and our server is perfect!
