If I could give zero stars, I would.Have not received my order after it being with the delivery company since 23rd August. Have emailed limine a number of times requesting information or to resend only for yhem to ignore me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT OR AN ANSWER - SCAMMERS

Great customer service

I liked the product. But unfortunately I have a number of allergies due to sensitive skin. I needed to cancel my subscription. They were very understanding and very easy to contact.

I have not yet tried the product. I ordered yesterday. I reached out because I was put on a monthly subscription without asking for that. I asked for that to be cancelled, and it was done immediately. That was a big surprise. Most companies are horrible about follow up on issues like that. I appreciate the good service, and look forward to trying the teeth whitening product. If it is great, I will subscribe for a monthly delivery.

There was a glitch in my order and their customer service responded to my inquiry within an hour and rectified the situation! Great !!

Lumine Organics customer service is good. My biggest concern is that all products are shipped from China. Are the ingredients from China? I don't know. I would have preferred if it was "Made in America" and shipped from America. The shipping took approximately 3 weeks.

This is regarding customer service and website set up . Automatically the order page checks off subscription and I missed that but emailed the company and they said they cancelled for me . It does show cancelled However not two weeks later another order arrived and another charge to my credit card . At first the emails were answered immediately, now I’ve sent at least three emails back and no response , not an out of office reply , nothing. I really don’t want to have to cancel my credit card as that’s a pain to reset for every other contact . Not impressed . And the product done the opposite to to what I needed . But willing to try for a few days at a time however when it interrupts my sleep it’s hard to keep trying and be fair as that is what I was hoping for , good sleep results . So not impressed, want a refund on the second order and no more charges and deliveries that’s all …..should have read the trust pilot reviews S this seems very common and when no phone number just email that’s suspicious. I have to learn to stop ordering things that I don’t research the company enough. Grrrr angry at lumine and angry at myself

Tricked into a subscription even the process of cancelling subscription is shady, hi smile from woolworths $12 50 has the same ingredient list and similiar bottle.

Customer service was quick to respond. Excellent communication especially for a holiday weekend. So helpful. emk

Well I happened onto their site and was impressed with products and superb customer service.

I was not happy with the results after 3 weeks. Hair was growing back faster and the thicker hairs were growing back within 2 days

Customer service is outstanding! I had a small issue and they resolved it within minutes. I didn’t have the usual waiting, transferring, or waiting for a person to reply.

Excellent service. I have just requested my subscription be cancelled as I have lots of what I need. They responded immediately. Did what I asked and refunded me the Order I didn't want

I ve been using Lumine Organics whitening mouthwash for about a month and it has not made one bit of difference, in my opinion it’s rubbish and not worth buying plus it was super expensive as I opted not to have a subscription DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I emailed the company to cancel my ongoing subscription (which I didn’t realise I had signed up to). My order was immediately cancelled and the present order was stopped immediately and the last payment will be refunded to my credit card. Fantastic service.

Shipping took longer than it should have, but customer service was very responsive, so I appreciate that. I see a lot of people get signed up for subscriptions they didn’t intend - I can understand that because of the way their website works. You have to opt out and it’s easy to miss.
