Once the images were reviewed, the issue was assessed as cosmetic to the outer casing only, with no impact expected on the stove’s operation or performance. To help resolve the matter as quickly and smoothly as possible, a partial refund was offered as a goodwill gesture rather than putting you through the inconvenience of returning the item.

While transit damage is uncommon, we appreciate this was not the condition you expected your order to arrive in. We are currently awaiting your response regarding the proposed resolution and remain happy to assist further if needed.
