I had solar panels and battery system installed at the end of August by OHK From my initial contact with Gerard in sales right through to the installation the whole experience was seamless and stress free. The quote was competitive and the installation was professionally completed by Oisins and Shane, competent and understanding tradesmen. I am very happy with the service I received.

Everyone was easy to deal with. Good price for SIG system. Installation was neat.

it was real easy to deal with Michael Stapleton from start to finish. he explained everything very thoroughly.All the installation staff were very helpful.

From first contact the experience was brilliant. From sales representative, James, very knowledgeable and answered every question, the roofer’s were very efficient and fast. 20 panels fitted in hour and a half. Tidied up after as well. Electricians were very good as well, nice lads and great at their job.
One small issue with the after care. It is being sorted today hopefully.
Zappi car charger and the harvi are not connected. Made a few efforts to solve it myself with prompts from companies but no luck. These things can happen but hopefully solved today.

Our experience with the sales assistant and installers was excellent. The installation of our 17 panels and 2 X 5kwh batteries was fast and the installers were careful when working on our property. They left the place in pristine condition. There was a small issue with connectivity between my phone and the App in the first few days but they returned promptly to replace the wifi dongle. Their app is very intuitive and informative. We are very happy with the installation.

Very poor communication within company- poor organisation. Sales rep does not know products they are selling and hence mis selling

They were very efficient on time when they said and no mess when they were finished . The office staff were very helpful when I contacted the Company I very pleased with this company and would tell my friends

Fast, efficient and professional team

The service from the Sales Rep was excellent.

Panel installers arrived on time, were very efficient and pleasent however they didn't sweep up and left small pieces of metal on the driveway.

The 2nd group arrived on time. They were very dirty workers, they drilled a hole in the bedroom ceiling/ wall and made no effort to cover anything and left plaster all over the bed and floor. The same thing happened in the hall when they drilled another hole.

They were unable to give any instruction etc. about the use of the app. They said they hadn't seen it before and told us to contact the technical department.Luckily enough we're both tech-savvy and worked it out for ourselves.

Lastly, they used the toilet and left it in a deplorable state. It was so bad we had to asked him to clean it up which was quite embarrassing.

I'm a bit disappointed with the app. I had to contact the Technical Department on two occasions as it was not working properly. Their response was good.

We chose this company based on a recommendation from my brother and based on my positive experience with the Sales Rep, I recommended them to a friend before my installaation took place. However due to the issues with the installers, we will not recommend the company to anyone else.

Very professional service from start to finish , everyone we met was so nice , on the day of installation we were very impressed on how clean and efficient the team worked . We have since recommended your company to our son and he has begun the process with you.

OHK installed 18 panels and 2 batteries for us over the summer. The process was seamless and we got an installation date 5 weeks after paying the deposit. Very happy with the installation just waiting to see how much we have saved on electricity. The app is easy to use and simplifies everything.

Run a mile. Do not use this company at all. Was told up to 8 weeks for install. After weeks of hearing nothing I called and was told an engineer needed to come out so i asked for a date. Weeks after that I rang again to find out when my install date was and they gave me one on the phone which was two and a half months after my initial deposit date. The scheduling team for this company are absolute joke. You need t odi all the chasing yourself. The day before install a truck turns up with a huge cherry picker and expects to just leave it on the road. No communication or prior arrangement from the company about this and as we live on a managed estate with allocated parking the cherry picker could not be left. Ohk are now refusing to do the install and it has now resulted in loss of earnings for my wife and myself. Ohk want me to arrange a different date with more loss of earnings and arrange with the management company to allow a cherry picker to remain in the estate for up to three days.
The installation manager on the phone was absolutely useless and kept blaming me for everything.
I would give these a negative score if possible

Follow up to reply. You offered no alternative date so gets your facts straight. You told me to find a date a cherry picker could be left and to get back to you. I got automated emails through the process. Not a single call from your company, I had to make all the calls to book engineers and an install date.

I had an excellent experience with OHK Energy. From start to finish they were exceptional. The sales rep advised us on our needs and requirements. After this the communication was excellent. The panels were fitted in a morning and the following morning was wired up and we were up and running. The app was explained and every engineer was so pleasant. I would highly rate this company. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with for efficiency and quality of work. Delighted with our solar panels.

The job was done professionally and on time. The staff were courteous and helpful. We are very happy with the work done.
