I would give them 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst returns process I have ever experienced. Customer service is also unhelpful and rude. Avoid this company at all costs. Quality off the clothes is terrible as well. Do not fall for the ads.

Do not order from Halara.
I have had the worst experience trying to get a refund for my return.
Despite paying £36.95 for the item after weeks of hassle I was only refunded £27.
They charge almost £7 for delivery plus a return label fee.
I only got a partial refund.
I ended up raising a dispute with Clearpay (my payment method) as Halara were not going to refund me despite proof of postage and confirmation they had the return.
Wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering.
I can see from the reviews lots of people have had similar experiences.

I’ve had some good jeans from Halara. They’re comfy and flattering. But for every two things I’ve wanted to keep from there I’ve wanted to return six.
The returns process is complex. The parcel sometimes gets stuck on the way back so you have evidence of posting it but no evidence of it being received. The refund takes three weeks to come through and there no way of contacting anyone to discuss it. In the end you’re just delighted you’re only £10 down (£6.99 to get the items delivered in the first place and £2.95 to return them) when you eventually get your money back. Four experiences. Three of them bad. I’m done with this shop

Delivery time is SHOCKING!!! I cannot believe in this day and age how long items take to get delivered! I won’t be ordering again unless they do something about this 🤷‍♀️😢

I'm still waiting for my order despite it saying it be delivered in 3-5 business days and 15 days in I've been told it stuck at customs. If I don't receive a refund shortly I shall be going to the bank as there is still no sight of the items.

Said my order was cancelled so I reordered then got both. The return process is incredibly difficult and expensive.

I ordered a few things from this website (UK) - and it’s gone from bad to worse.
The items were delivered late; stank of chemicals, the worst quality clothes I’ve seen in years.

Then, I went to return them and the website isn’t updating my order as delivered - so I raise a customer support ticket and the email bounced. Then, laughably, they message me to say that I need to send them back (with no return address??). They say customer service will come back to you within 24 hours which is a lie.

Hopefully this review will get them to pull their finger out for my order.

Just tell me how I can return these awful clothes.

Since Halara deleted my review on their official page - I’ve done what may other have and come here. I was sent trousers almost 9inches too short, like for someone who is maybe 4ft8. They refused a return or replacement within the 14 days, dragged it out, 29 emails later, I just blasted them on my YouTube channel and finally they refunded. Any issues my recommendation would be to utilise your social media following to tag them. They regularly use bait and switch tactics.

I placed an order three months ago and they took my payment, turns out they didnt have any in stock, they never kept in touch and when i tried to cancel the order they said it was too late, also you have to pay to return goods.

Products are shipped out from factories in Vietnam, China, and the Philippines.
HQ is in Hong Kong. Hence why it took a month from point of ordering to delivery. Returns are impossible. Clothing is way out of proportion. Don't waste your money. Order from tried and trusted British High Street brands instead!
Halara garments are only advertised on social media with glowing fake reviews. Huge red flag.
I will never give them my money again.

Impossible to return items . 2 items were fine, one was far too big and pictures were misleading on the website as the underarm on a t shirt is so gappy you can see my torso and bra

So now I’m stuck with a top I can’t return which cost me £22.95. Lesson learnt won’t be buying from there again.

I saw people warning that Halara UK was a scam and hoped they were wrong. I wish I’d listened. I wish I saw this website earlier.

They refused to refund me for an error that they clearly made. The customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced from any clothing brand.

Based on my experience, I won’t be ordering from Halara.co.uk again, and I’ll be warning others to think twice before buying.

Do not purchase.
Things were great until the fifth pair of shorts same design turned up too small. And they were tiny! So the company told me to dispose and a gift card would be issued. I disposed as they weren’t the best.i got an email the next day saying I have to return them. I explained that I was told to dispose of them. They will not take any notice of my messages and my screen shots of evidence. They will do now I’m involving trading standards.
I’m down fifty pounds and they came back and offered me ten!
Customer services are useless.
If you get the wrong size you’ll not get your money back.
They often tell ppl to dispose of the goods rather than return. And I don’t understand why I’m now in this position.
Worst company I’ve ever experienced.

Bought via ads o Instagram. Been 14 days and not received my order. No way to contact a human support. Now I read these reviews and so angry with myself

Never order from this company .. I am trying to return 4 items , the link is broken at the end of the process and will cost me a fortune.. shocking . I paid £19.60 for quick 4 day delivery and items arrived 4 weeks later and I can’t get a refund for express delivery that was not express .. furious

Just bought two dresses that are awful. The style and colours are different. Tried to return them but the information won't stick in the return option.... I will be emailing and then contacting my credit card company. Won't be buying off them again

I have tried to work with you for over a month return items in that time you have gone out of your way to stall and now I’ve run out of time to return a £250 order. Your return system is diabolical. I don’t know any of the shop that says give up at any point once you upload the photos and explain what’s happened it deletes it and starts over again when you try and get help from Customer Services they don’t help you. They take 2 1/2 hours of your time and just keep stalling. I received four faulty pairs of dungarees and now I’ve run out of time to refund them when they have really poor quality stitching. They are snagged. I am severely disabled that’s why I wear your clothes because of the four-way stretch, my mother is dying and my godmother died last Friday so thank you for not helping. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Whatever you do donot fo business with Halara. My experience has been horrendous. The trousers I bought were sub standard material. I managed to return them which was a ridiculously over complicated procedure. After many emails from the company promising a refund then refusing it I took up a case with PayPal. That was useless and I am £57 out of pocket. I have never known anything like it!!

Will not purchase from this company again! Trousers received are nothing like the ones Influencers advertise. Very thin and heavily creased. Complicated system to go through to return. Cost me over £7 to return, tracked and signed for...had to ensure they'd received them!. Buyer beware!
