I had a lot of problems getting my giftcard credits.
After a lot of digging I was able to connect them with my account (really unlogical way)

But after spending 100 euro.... they now deccided to lock my points until I buy a subscribtion anyway.

They claim the free plan is too bussy... well dont sell me 100 euro worth of credit then. I am not able to use my credits for over a week now. Not even getting in line...They just straight up wont let me use it.

What a scammy way to force you into buying subscriptions

Peace of shit. I haven't had a chance even to try it -- they banned my account right of the bat.
"We detect unsual activity on your account" - but I just created an account I wanted to try generating the video (I am not a botnet or something).
Lost a lot of time with their absolutely stupid support who does not understand nothing and does nothing answering some nonsense not much better that AI-bot did.

God, I wish I read the reviews before I purchased anything!

I bought the Basic Subscription to test the water.
It started ok, the first credits I used were for "strip naked", "Doggy position" from photos etc... I made sure to have good photos to get best results. It came out with a bit of luck of the draw: some quite well AI-ed, some with complete different faces, some with the head completely backwards.
I then went on trying to make video off the good batch. I did a couple of the "Preset" video which came out ok, then moved to "Custom". It went wrong pretty fast: first the first half of the video is just the original photo but animated and eventually switch to the script... without the face swap! Just regular porn.
I thought my prompts were not detailed enough so I took the time to type thorough ones.
It was even worse:
off script for a lot of them, face glitching, third nipples, missing teeth, arms off on the ground, feet instead of hand, dicks flying across screen but best of all: a close up on ice cream for 5s on a 10s video.
And they do not give credit back as advertised.

And cherry on the cake, I have not been credited the last package I bought and when I questionned their Support team, they could not care less saying that I had to deal myself with their 3rd part money processor.

So save yourself and stay clear off that bs AI creator.

Please nobody should subscribe to this AI tool. They are scammers and fraudsters in disguise. I subscribed to their PRO plan, and I had 3000 credits and generated a few videos with the credits. The next day, I wanted to generate more videos.I was told my credit balance was 60, hence I was not allowed to generate more videos.That was how £35.99 went down the drain. They must refund me..

I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution before giving Kling AI your credit card information.

On August 23, 2026, Kling AI emailed me stating that my annual subscription would automatically renew on August 30 and that my Visa would be charged. I responded THAT SAME DAY, in writing:

“Please DO NOT renew this account. In fact, please cancel my subscription asap.”

Kling AI did not respond to my cancellation request before the renewal date. Despite having SEVEN DAYS' advance written notice that I did not authorize the renewal, they charged my card $79.20 on August 30.

Then things became ridiculous.

After charging my card, Kling AI twice sent me a form specifically asking whether my request was for a “refund/unsubscribe/both.” On August 31, they further stated that they would review my request and provide an update “regarding the refund.”

Hours later, I received this response:

“The platform does not currently support refunds, as these services are virtual goods and cannot be refunded once paid.”

Read that again! They supposedly cannot refund something “once paid,” which is the very definition of a refund! If no payment had been made, there would be nothing to refund. That is quite literally the reason a refund exists. This response was non-sensical and led me to conclude transaction was fraudulent. The telephone number associated with the transaction was INVALID.

But even that misses the real issue.

I am not someone who purchased a virtual product, used it, and then decided I wanted my money back. I expressly instructed Kling AI IN WRITING not to renew my subscription seven days before they charged my credit card.

A “no refund” policy does not explain why a company should be permitted to charge a customer's card after receiving express written instructions BEFORE the transaction not to do so.

I have retained the complete email chain documenting my August 23 cancellation, the subsequent $79.20 charge, Kling AI's requests for information to process/review a refund, and its later claim that it cannot refund a payment “once paid.”

I have now reported the $79.20 charge to my financial institution as a fraudulent transaction and am pursuing appropriate consumer complaints.

The amount is not the point. You do not get to ignore a customer's written instruction not to renew, charge the customer's credit card anyway, and then point to a “no refunds” policy as justification for keeping the money.

Based on my experience, I would never trust Kling AI with my credit card information again.

It takes countless time to generate something SIMILAR to what you've been asked...Different characters each time (even though scrpit says otherwise).
Very week, close to 0 performace.
Only buy it if you have low blood pressure and want to make it rise without medication.

Stay away. Kling will ignore the simplest prompt and give you some bullshit that is totally unusable and you get charged for it. Even worse they take away the extra credits you paid for each following month if you don't use them in time. I've had to cancel the project I was working on because it takes the better part of the day to get a 10 second clips that follows my prompt the ways it needs to be visually seen.

I purchased a Pro monthly subscription and separately paid $50 for 3,500 additional credits, specifically because I wanted to use those credits over a longer period.
After cancelling my subscription, I discovered that videos generated with my already-paid credits are watermarked, and removing the watermark requires another active monthly subscription.
So I paid for 3,500 credits, but to actually use them without a watermark I am expected to keep paying a monthly fee. This was not made sufficiently clear when I purchased the credits.
I contacted Kling Support and requested a full refund, but they responded with a generic explanation about subscription refunds that did not address my actual complaint about the separately purchased credits. After I clarified this, I received no further response.
For me, this is an unacceptable and misleading business practice. I would not have purchased the additional credits if this restriction had been clearly disclosed.
Think twice before buying credits. Read the fine print very carefully.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Kling AI and believe other consumers should be aware of what happened.

I previously made purchases through Kling AI. I did not knowingly authorize or consent to a recurring yearly subscription that would allow the company to automatically charge my credit card again.

However, Kling AI subsequently attempted to charge USD 728.64 to my card for what it now describes as a “Premier – Yearly Subscription.” Fortunately, my card issuer declined the transaction for security reasons.

After investigating my Kling AI account, I found information stating:

“Subscription under renewal. Please ensure the balance.”

The account showed:

Premier – Yearly Subscription
Status: Suspended
Next Billing Amount: USD 728.64
Billing Method: Stripe

My purchase history also shows two transactions described by Kling AI as “Premier – Yearly Subscription”:

August 15, 2025 – USD 2.99
Purchase code: 785374665127628895

August 22, 2025 – USD 728.64
Purchase code: 787927136794447948

What concerns me most is the lack of transparency surrounding the alleged automatic renewal.

I do not recall knowingly agreeing to an automatically renewing annual subscription, and I have asked Kling AI to provide evidence showing exactly when and how I consented to recurring billing, including the terms presented to me at the time.

If a company intends to charge a customer hundreds of dollars automatically one year later, that obligation should be unmistakably clear to the customer.

In my experience, it was not.

I have now formally instructed Kling AI to:

* cancel any alleged subscription or automatic renewal;
* immediately stop all further attempts to charge my card;
* permanently delete my account;
* remove my personal information from marketing communications; and
* provide written confirmation that no further charges will be attempted.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Kling AI.

Regardless of the quality of its AI technology, consumers should be able to clearly understand whether they are making a one-time purchase or entering into an automatically renewing subscription — especially when the renewal amount is USD 728.64.

I am publishing this review so that other consumers are aware of my experience and carefully check the subscription, renewal, and billing conditions associated with their Kling AI accounts.

I will update this review if and when Kling AI provides a satisfactory explanation, confirms cancellation of the renewal, and permanently deletes my account.

Kling AI(kling.ai) is owned by Kuaishou, a Beijing-based Chinese tech company that also runs a major short-video platform (Kuaishou/Kwai, roughly China's answer to TikTok). It was created and is hosted by Kuaishou, which was founded in 2011. It launched in June 2024, and is developed by Kuaishou's internal AI team, competing directly with tools like OpenAI's Sora and Google's Veo.
They display credit cost for each production item you choose ie: 120 credits for a 10 second text to video. That credit cost is meaningless. they seem to take whatever amount of credits they choose. one time can be 200, another 250. Its a great tool, created and run by Chinese con artists. nothing new here. China have been ripping off the West for 30 years and nothing is going to change any time soon.

My Kling AI Pro subscription renewed for $32.56 . When I logged in to deal with it, the account showed a registered email address I have never used or seen before - while billing my personal Mastercard under my own name. I contacted support one day after the charge, canceled, and asked for a refund. They refused twice, citing their virtual-goods policy, even after I provided every verification detail they asked for. They also told me they cannot remove my stored card and that I should ask my bank to block them instead. My request to delete the account and my personal data was ignored, and the unfamiliar email on my account was never explained. The product itself is decent - but if anything billing-related goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

Deceptive subscription practices! They hide that they start a subscription and then just keep charging your credit card without permission! Also don’t provide a way to cancel. Seriously the worst! This side should be banned!

I could not get this AI to do what I instructed it to do no matter what I tried, or which model I used. I had consistent camera wobble problems. Most of the time it was not even able to follow it's own suggested camera movement prompts. Not only that, I cancelled before my subscription was to renew and they still charged for the next month after I had already deleted my card details from them and from their third party payment service. Feels very cheap and scammy. Avoid.

Hi Kling Support, I made a payment for your paid service, but after the payment my paid features/credits are not working. The amount has already been deducted from my account.

Please check my account and transaction and either activate my purchased credits/subscription or help me with a refund.

I can provide the payment receipt, transaction ID and screenshots of the issue.

Please help me resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

Su nula claridad al momento de contratar el servicio deriva inevitablemente en pérdidas para el contratante sin compensación alguna ni explicación lógica: normalmente, si se dignan responder a una reclamación, lo harán recitando de memoria tecnicismos protocolares que pretenden esconder una política basada en el ingreso de dinero más que en el proveer el 'servicio' que prometen.

Recomiendo evitar el uso de esta plataforma (y cualquier relación con esta empresa) habiendo competidoras mucho más profesionales y honestas, como Runway, por ejemplo, sólo por nombrar alguna de las muchas que sí operan desde el respeto al cliente y la dignidad profesional.

I've tried it 5 times, 3 videos are not even salvageable. First, I wanted a man driving a car down a 4-lane highway. First, the man driving was sitting in the passenger seat with his legs up on the drivers seat, and he was reading a map on the passenger seat as the 1978 car was driving itself...really? Secondly, I tried that again, and had a different man sitting in the passenger seat with ONLY A PAIR OF HANDS on the steering wheel with NO BODY, as cars were driving on the wrong side of the road. Third time, the man's car was actually facing 'sideways' going up the highway, which should have flipped him over on its side! It was HORRIBLE. The 4th time, I had a car moving in the right direction, but had all 4 lanes driving in the same direction, but some were facing from the rear, and some were facing from the front...RIDICULUS and I was very specific with what I wanted the video to look like, and it just didn't happen!

I subscribed to Kling specifically to test Kling 3.0 Omni for narrative filmmaking. I carefully created and registered my characters, locations and custom voices and followed the available documentation.

Unfortunately, the system repeatedly ignores basic instructions. When I requested exactly five registered characters, Kling generated seven. Dialogue was assigned to the wrong characters. Unrequested music appeared. Camera instructions were ignored.

In my latest controlled test, I used ONE registered Elite Element with a bound custom voice and ONE exact sentence. The character and lip sync worked, but Kling inexplicably generated around twelve additional people in the background and even invented additional dialogue that I never wrote.

These failed generations consume paid credits.

What has frustrated me even more is the support. I sent detailed technical questions explaining these reproducible problems. I initially received a generic response directing me to a Quick Start guide that did not answer my questions. I followed up repeatedly asking for the case to be escalated to someone familiar with Kling 3.0 Omni and narrative filmmaking. I am still waiting for a substantive technical response.

I genuinely wanted to use Kling professionally. I am willing to learn the correct workflow if I am doing something wrong. But a paid platform cannot repeatedly consume credits for outputs that ignore explicit instructions while providing virtually no meaningful technical support.

Obviously I am cancelling my subscription since there is absolutely no reliable support.

Review:
1. Cancelled clearly—my own account page: Status  CANCELLED
2. But “Smart Link” payments stayed ACTIVE—AND I HAD NO WAY TO CANCEL IT MYSELF—NO BUTTON, NO OPTION—NOTHING! Their system traps recurring billing behind‑the‑scenes so YOU CANNOT TURN IT OFF
3. Contacted them—answer: “You can cancel yourself—once charged WE NEVER REFUND—simple as that.” Literally washed‑their‑hands completely—when it’s literally impossible for me to cancel the link they built!
4. Told “fix it or I complain publicly”—THEY IGNORED ME COMPLETELY—ZERO CARE
5.  So I fixed it MYSELF the smart‑way: they literally CANNOT TAKE MONEY ANYMORE. That’s how stubborn & unhelpful they are—customers forced to outsmart the payment trap!
6. Sadly they squeezed ONE LAST UNFAIR CHARGE before I blocked them—money taken AFTER subscription was OFFICIALLY CANCELLED—UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT—and they refuse to undo or refund it—pure greed.

Summary:
Broken billing system hiding behind “policy”, impossible to fully end payments yourself, terrible non‑support, grabs cash even after you cancel then laughs “we don’t refund”. Had to secure my wallet myself—NEVER trust them to stop charging you. Fight my refund via bank/chargeback now—warn everyone else please—terrible dishonest setup company!

I am currently paying for an active Premier Monthly subscription, but Kling AI keeps trying to charge my card **752.87 PLN for an old subscription**.

The payment attempts continue repeatedly even though I am now on a different plan and paying for my current Premier subscription separately.

The most frustrating part is that there is **no clear way in the account to cancel or remove this old charge**. My current subscription is Premier, but Stripe continues attempting to collect a completely different amount connected to a previous subscription.

I have contacted Kling AI support and asked them to stop these repeated payment attempts without affecting my current subscription.

Judging by other reviews and reports online, I am apparently not the only customer experiencing this problem.

Kling AI needs to fix its subscription and billing system. Customers should not have to block payments through their bank just to stop charges related to an old subscription.
