Very good service, the engineer came on time and installed the keysafe as requested for a professional service. Item purchased delivered via post and an engineer organised an appointment, and came and installed the kit.

The numbers and signs on the keypad are illegible in low light levels. (i.e. they are black on black).

Thank you for your review on your P500 and I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the unit. The black on black numbers are intended to be discreet for security. We appreciate that this in turn makes the unit tricky to visualise in darker conditions.

Sturdy, Robust and Value for Money
My online order was delivered promptly and in good condition.
I had ordered the fitting pack as well, mainly to make sure that I had an appropriate drill.
The Key Safe is very sturdy, and heavier than you would think, it certainly seems as though it will do the job.
I chose this model mainly because of the Police approval aspect, and because it seems as though it will survive attacks where others might fail.
Installation was straightforward, and the product seems to work well. Having the lit keypad and interior light will be a bonus on dark winter nights.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the key safe.
