Very easy to order the cupboard fronts online from Facktum Ltd UK to replace the 20 year old fronts we bought at Ikea, that are now discontinued.
Mikael, the UK customer Service Rep, was super efficient and helpful with instructions about the delivery and was able to answer the few queries we had. Communication was extremely prompt.
The flat packs were packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. We are thrilled with the quality of the cupboards.
I would recommend Faktum 100%.

So we had our old Ikea kitchen for over 12 years - nothing wrong at all with it but we wanted an upgrade. Ikea have since changed the cabinet/door sizes so we had to look elsewhere and came across Faktum Ltd. Loads of choice of colours and finish and samples came promptly.

Slightly nervous about making sure the dims and quantities were correct as it was coming from mainland Europe and shipping is pricey irrespective of quantity and value of order, but website easy to use and we triple checked before placing our order. Faktum checked it all for us, even querying one part of our order to make sure it was all good.

Great communication and service and all arrived as ordered. So pleased we were able to use the existing, still sturdy carcasses. All been in place for over 10 months now and absolutely chuffed to bits with it. All fitted perfectly, quality doors that are hard wearing, wipe down great and look fabulous - all for so much less than a new kitchen!

I didn’t want the upheaval or expense of a new kitchen and ordered 12 doors, 5 drawer fronts and end panels in antique grey. We reused the hinges on all but the carousel cupboard which I ordered new for which was a good thing as the fitting was different to the old one. Samples were great and reassuring re quality and colour choice, ordering no problem, delivered on time and looks amazing

I ordered a set of doors and drawer fronts from Faktum on a Sunday; Mikael Berg called me from Sweden within 5 minutes to check my order and run through the details with me. The order was delivered promptly with a minimum of fuss.

Subsequently, I ordered hinges to suit, but accidentally ordered twice. Once again Mikael called me within minutes to check if I did want the duplicate order and corrected the order for me. Delivery again was very prompt.

Mikael was so helpful! He delivers amazing customer service. All of the doors and drawers arrived safely and without defect and the quality is great! Our kitchen looks lovely for a fraction of the cost of totally re-doing all the units.

I spoke to a wonderful guy Michael who was one step of me right up to the delivery. He was on top of that too, he knew exactly how it was going to be delivered and had a picture of my house so instructed the package to be taken apart outside so not to be damaged. Efficient beyond compare and so charming including the staff. Highly recommended, don’t go anywhere else!!

Really transformed my kitchen. Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, solved any question easily. All packaged really well so perfect when delivered. Arrived before suggested date. Kept updated of progress at all times.

Mikael was fantastic, what a huge help. even phoned me to check one of the units as it was a different colour and odd dimension. the delivery was on time and so carefully packaged - it took half a day to unwrap it all! over all stand of product was 5 star and fit was perfect.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service levels I received from Mikael. He'd spotted a potential error and called me to check first before approving it for manufacturing, I was so grateful for this as there was 100% an error in the info I'd provided! It arrived quicker than we'd expected and was incredibly well packaged that it seemed almost impossible for anything to get damaged in transit. We then placed a second order as we were struggling to match the hinges and again, Mikael was on hand to answer questions and guide me through.

All in all, I was so happy to be able to upgrade my kitchen rather than replace it entirely and the service from Faktum was second to none.
