I received my order today and…
I received my order today and unfortunately I am very disappointed with it. Two of the makeup products I received had clearly been used, which is completely unacceptable. One of the shower gels had also leaked because it was not properly sealed or protected during delivery.
On top of that, I received different shower gels from the ones I actually ordered.
This is very disappointing, especially from a well-known retailer like Boots. I expected my products to be new, properly packaged and exactly as ordered.

I ordered three items, including two cans of a very popular baby formula. Despite being listed as available on the site the formula was never in stock. Without contacting me first, the pharmacy team manually removed both cans from my order. This left me with a single cheap item that cost almost the same as the shipping fee making the entire purchase completely pointless and poor value.

I ordered nail polishes with a bronzer…
I ordered nail polishes with a bronzer and the bronzer came crushed and unable to be used as the nail polish turned the solid into dust from hitting it through the post.
Now I have to return it, and it is very difficult to do so with my schedule, hence the reason for the online order. More cushion would help future orders.
