These slip-ons are horrible! Just received mine today and they will be used for nothing but slopping around the kitchen. They look like the kind of footwear old ladies (I am one) wear when they can't bend over to put on shoes. They are too wide and your foot slips around, making then somewhat dangerous. They are unattractive and overpriced. And the supposed higher arch is quite minimal.

I am a repeat customer, and cannot fault the quality of the flip flops. Unfortunately with this order, the wrong product arrived (a forgivable mistake, human error!), I must say that I cannot fault the customer service! Paul, the gentleman I dealt with was so incredibly helpful! Highly recommend!

Top product. Mooi, zit zeer comfortabel. Ik heb ze de hele dag aan, laat de hond ermee uit etc. Klopt inderdaad dat je er lang met goede ondersteuning op kan lopen. Voelt licht, zit lekker om de voet en klappert niet als je bijvoorbeeld de trap afloopt. Voelt veilig en comfy. Inmiddels meer kleuren voor mijzelf en mijn gezin besteld. Ok prijs, fijne online klant journey.

Archies Flip Flops are just so comfortable and come in so many great colours, that you can't just buy one pair. I needed a pair of blue ones to replace some damaged ones from a different supplier. I found Archies, so thought I'd given them a go. Then I saw a pair in skyblue as well as navy. So I ordered two pairs. They came and they were great. So then I ordered another two pairs - peach and a olive green. Then my husband said he'd quite like a pair, so I ordered him a pair of grey ones, and then a pair of brown ones for me just accidentally fell into my online basket. Now I've seen the gorgeous coral and the great royal blue, but there's also the taupe... and the black ones I'd had for a while from elsewhere just don't feel right now.... ARCHIES ARE DANGEROUS! You can't order just one pair.... but you'll be pleased to have every pair you do...

Ich liebe sowieso Flipflops, aber diese hier sind tatsächlich bequemer wegen ihres Fußbettes und weil sie zwischen den Zehen nicht scheuern. Nach langem Gehen in der Stadt hatte ich trotzdem seitlich unter dem Riemen eine kleine Blase, aber das gibt sich hoffentlich mit der Zeit.

Really love my Archies, so pleased I found this brand, I have never felt my feet be so supported before by flip flops. Plus super quick delivery!

Flip flops are overpriced. They look and feel cheap.
Returns are NOT free and time consuming.

I had a mix-up with my order where I received a completely different pair of sandals instead of the navy blue slip-ons I originally ordered. Mistakes happen, but I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally Archies handled the situation.

After contacting support, Miah responded promptly and helped arrange a replacement order right away. The process was simple and stress-free, and I really appreciated how kind and understanding the team was throughout the whole experience. They even allowed me to keep the incorrect pair as a spare or gift, which was a very generous gesture.

Although the initial order had an issue, Archies went above and beyond to make things right. Excellent support and a great example of how a company should handle mistakes. I’m looking forward to receiving my new pair!

I ordered 2 pairs, the flip flop and the slide. I received two flip flops by accident. The customer service team, particularly Ken could not have been kinder or faster to respond and solve the issue. They are such comfortable shoes and I cannot wait to wear them for 2 weeks on holiday, best trip "buy!"

Had a pair of Archies for Christmas 2025. Only worn them since the warm weather and unfortunately the toe piece snapped

I reached out to Archies customer care who, after a few emails, confirmed that they would replace them, as well as giving me a 10% discount off future purchases

The sizing I ordered was too big however they made the exchange process so easy for me. I love these sandles they are super comfy! They have a great team!

Excellent customer service. Flip flops arrived unfortunately one was damaged.
Emailed customer support, was requested to send photos. Within no time at all a replacement pair were sent out.

The flip flops were recommended/gifted by a friend. They are the most comfortable ones I have ever tried and would buy no other flips again. Sadly the strap snapped, however the customer service team changed a negative into a positive. So far to say the best and most prompt customer service I think I have ever experienced. Would recommend 100%

These are OK but nothing special and not worthy of the price tag from the look and feel. Sizing is small too. I bought size 3 which, per their size table, is an EU 36-36.5 (so a 3 1/2) and they were so small they fit my sister who is a size 2. Disappointing and seemingly another hype product promoted on Facebook.
