Terrible app and refused refund. I forgot to cancel the trial and asked for a refund the day of the first charge after I cancelled. The refused to refund me. Terrible app and terrible customer service. It was clunky, made no sense completely not intuitive so a refund is a justifiable ask.
The team have been super patient with transferring my clients over as well as being super clear and professional in the process.
