Do not buy !!!
It's a scam! Horrible customer service, it seems like the parcel was delivered but it is nowhere. When trying to track it , the tracking link doesn't even work. I've emailed them a few times already to let me know what is happening and I've got no response. I will contact my bank to get my money back as this is ridiculous.

They sell frozen food not fresh !

I’m angry that I paid for fresh food and it arrived half frozen, leaving me with meals I can’t eat on time until they go off. You advertised fresh meals, not frozen, and this discrepancy is unacceptable. The advisory is: you can keep a defrosted meal in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking and eating; do not refreeze. I’m annoyed because I can’t eat these meals on time and I can’t freeze them back, which is a health-and-safety restriction. Who knows how long they have been frozen and when the food was actually cooked .

I can see this is your second order with ourselves and there was no concerns raised following your first order, furthermore I can see you ordered 15 meals which I could be wrong by presuming some would need freezing for a later date.
To clarify, our meals are prepared fresh each week in our professional kitchen, then chilled before frozen before dispatch. This process helps to keep them at a safe temperature during transit and ensures maximum freshness and food safety upon arrival. It also gives you the flexibility to either store the meals in your fridge to enjoy over the next few days, or place them in your freezer for longer storage — whichever suits your schedule best.
We take food quality and safety very seriously. Every meal is carefully dated and handled according to strict hygiene and temperature-control standards to ensure that your food reaches you in the best possible condition.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and customer experience.

I can't express enough how grateful I am to have discovered Exhale Coffee! After being diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), I had to make significant changes to my diet, cutting out many foods and beverages that I once loved. Unfortunately, coffee was one of the casualties due to the common issue of mold in most coffee brands.
