Everything went well

Bought an item and the store doesn't even allow to chose a different carrier. They say it will be delivered next day, which looks good and fast.
No one was home so they just return it back without leaving any information on the mailbox.
On their FAQ says it's possible to request it to be left in a pickup point but only after the first delivery fails, but you need a "no home" code that they never left
