My experience from start to finish was brilliant. I worked with Selina and I honestly have never worked with a recruiter who is so detail oriented. I feel like she understood exactly what I was looking for and ensured that she matched me with the right role and employer. She kept me informed at every stage and guided me through the whole process. I cannot recommend enough.

Purchased a zip up hoodie and after barely a month, the logo on the back is disintegrating and it is clear that I will not be able to use it for a long time after spending so much money on it. Got in touch with customer care and they started by offering me a 10% refund for the item which I refused and they later offered me a 15% refund which again I declined. They have not bothered coming back to me with a resolution which is favourable for both parties.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers from their website that cost me £130. Wore them once for a day out and could barely return home due to how uncomfortable they were and how much my feet hurt. I have other Nike trainers and have never had this experience. They are extremely uncomfortable and am pretty sure are fake. Got In touch with customer service to explain the issue and they've basically said nothing can be done. Very disappointing. £130 down the drain

I have not really had any issues with Vinted until recently. The customer service is appalling. They blocked my account stating a violation of catalogue rules for 1 item. Bear in mind I uploaded 3 very identical listings (all perfumes new and unused), For some reason they flagged one as a violation but not the other 2. It’s been back and forth for the last 3 days , they won’t bulge on their decision or even explain how I violated their rules. It’s like I’m speaking to robots. I’ve even asked for assistance with a sale that was completed prior to my account being blocked and that part of the message was completely ignored. They’ve been doing well as a company so far but I think many shortcomings are coming to light now and instead of addressing them they ignore feedback. That’s how businesses fail. I will be looking out for other more reliable platforms to sell my stuff.

I just love my bag and the whole experience was seamless! Very high quality bag with a luxurious feel. I was able to track my order from when the order was placed and I really appreciate the premium service. Definitely worth the money, 100% recommend.

Disappointing. Spoke to an agent who initially recommended a DMP which i was happy with and then later recommended an IVA and passed me on to an IVA company. I decided the IVA would not be suitable for me and they kept trying to force me to stick with it. Promised to call back to set up the DMP and never did. Fortunately I found Payplan who understood my situation and set me up on a DMP in less than 2 hours.

I got trasferred to last minute from booking.com when searching for accomodation/flight packages (I have no idea why). I chose the free cancellation option and just 2 days after booking, I cancel due to change of plans because expecting a full refund and they charge me the full amount instead!. There is no number to call and the chat agents are dumb and useless, acting like robots. Will be taking the matter to court with the help of a lawyer and I have initiated the process.

Happy with my purchase but I felt like the clothing item colour was misrepresented on the website. Great experience overall :)

Excellent but quite pricey if you don't shop every month. Good service and initiative though.
