The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful in his information. However as a whole we are not happy with our service at Hughesnet it is almost as bad as dial up.

I love ordering from this company for all my florals the only thing I wish was a little different is sometimes I order and then go back to order more and they not longer have that sku# available.
