I couldn't be happier, customer service is impeccable

SCAM: It's a Spanish website with a physical address in Spain but they won't take domestic orders. I tried unsuccessfully to send a perfume to my cousin in Madrid but they don't ship within the country.
Then I tried to place an order using my address in Norway and it worked perfectly! using the option "paying with bank transfer" and received an email with their bank details saying "if we don't receive the transfer in 72hrs your order will be canceled".
I thought maybe the website recognizes I'm abroad and a person with a Spanish IP address can place an order? so I asked my cousin in Spain to try, it didn't work for him either.
Confirmed: they ONLY take orders from abroad because the victims can't report to the Spanish police!.
These criminals are very smart because the quality of the website is very good, I'd say impeccable, it looks like a well-established business.
I didn't fall for the scam but I'm considering reporting them on my next visit to Spain. I will order something cheap with my address in Norway to have some proof for the police, reporting requires being a victim of the scam in the first place, so I'm willing to pay the 13$ for the shipping to Norway and get the proof I need.
I will do it because these criminals are damaging the reputation of my country (and other decent Spanish websites).
