The buying experience was a little pushy to get extra products. The prouct itself hasn't yet been effective for me, but I'm giving it a bit longer to be sure. I certainly haven't had the massive weight loss others have reported, but sometimes these things can take longer, so I'm giving it more time.
It took longer to arrive than I initially expected.

The product arrived quickly and, as far as I can tell, seems to be working well for me. As someone who doesn't like beetroot, being able to take it in capsule form is really helpful.

The filter was easy to fit and definitely makes my water taste better.

The driver,Idris, arrived about 5 hours early and was impressive in the way he managed to find our house and drive a large Luton van onto our driveway- it's not at all easy. He carefully lifted the mattress into our hallway and I helped him turn round on our driveway as he had such a large van.
We got the mattress into the intended room and opened the plastic bag it came in. There was an aroma of stale smoke which meant that we left the mattress on its side to air before using it. Fortunately it is in a room that is not being used currently. Five stars 🌟 for the driver, four for the mattress because of the smell.

I chatted to a staff member named Chlorice. They were able to cancel an order that was too difficult for the supplier to do.
