Do not buy

On receiving the product it states on the box it may discolour your skin. Must be other ingredients than stated on the ad. I requested instructions to return but this company makes it impossible to do that as they give the return address in China. Cost minimum £10-£15. There is no information on their website indicating return address to China. Do not buy. You don’t know what you are putting on your skin. There is an address on the packaging which is a UK one but this is a drop point. Feel I have been conned.

Easy to purchase

Easy to purchase, quick delivery. I love the Doll 10 products I recently purchased a new skin care product but will unfortunately have to return. I have tried it a couple of times but does not suit my skin. QVC are great and understanding on returns when this happens.

Won’t buy again.

1 dress could see through material
1dress too tight round bust.
Also one of them had too large armholes.

Not happy I have to pay dropping them off at an Evri parcel shop. Im doing the job for you.
Won’t be ordering anymore.

Only given an hours notice when it was being delivered by Evri which is ridiculous. I had to cancel plans.

Royal mail much more customer friendly and informative.

Ordered the chocolate hamper for a Christmas present. Looks expensive and yummy.
Hopefully I will be there when it is opened. 😋

Refunds are taking a ridiculous amount…

Refunds are taking a ridiculous amount of time to be processed. It is the worst I have ever experienced and am reluctant to purchase on a regular basis.
The presenters and customer service team are let down badly because if this and would have rated the service zero.
I was anxious this week because I thought my returns had not been received but on enquiring yesterday 18 Aug they were received on 10th but I had not been informed of this because they were still processing items from the 2nd Aug.
