Patrick Haede shared this10k ads IN A SINGLE DAY 🔥 Thank you all for the biggest ad production day in Superscale's history, here is why it happened: Last week, we celebrated a milestone in Superscale AI's short history that we were still dreaming off last year. Our customers produced 10k ads in single day, followed by our second-highest day of 8k ads produced, breaking our previous record twice! Why is that? I think there are a couple of reasons: 1. Superscale is now the leading platform to produce AI ads in terms of quality. That does not come from me, that comes from our customers or large creators, especially experts for Meta ads. Many places offer some ads, our agent is building great ads. 2. Static ads are becoming incredibly good and the need for editing is dropping. Many ads that launch from Superscale are one-shot generations, no editing needed and our new static editing feature is helping with the others. Superscale agent helps navigate the model landscape to use the best model for the job. 3. Our agent is becoming very good in leveraging the right context and our context management system is enabling users to provide detailed agent instructions that also increase static generation quality. Now running on Opus 4.8 for even better performance. 4. Seedance 2.0 videos produced by the agent are on another level: The agent takes away the need to write the best prompt, it takes your intend, writes the video prompt for you and turns your video into the best possible version the model can deliver. 5. And finally: More and more people are talking about Superscale which helps onboard people to the product with the right perspective on what our agent is doing best. What a start to the week, thanks to everyone who joined last week, cannot wait to break another record 🧡 🤝

Patrick Haede shared this𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜. The first AHA moment users have with Superscale AI is when they run a competitor audit on their top 5 competitors, the agent extracts the winning ad templates, and it generates 20 statics using their brand guidelines. The first frustration: doing it again three days later. Re-uploading reference ads. Re-specifying sizes. Re-attaching /brand-guidelines. The setup takes longer than the task. So we built skills in Superscale. A skill is a saved workflow, not just your brand context. It can be the research steps, the evaluation criteria, the creative formula, the output specs. Here are my 4 favorites skills right now: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻: Skill watches 5 competitors across Meta and TikTok, scores ads on hook strength, format, white space, CTA placement. Output: "3 things to steal, 2 to avoid, 1 gap to exploit." One prompt instead of a full day. 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁: Applies a team’s evaluation criteria for their own ads (ROAS > 2x = winner, < 2x for 5+ days = kill) to show which creative patterns actually drive their key event. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁: Skills stores a customer’s /reference-ads, layout rules, brand colors, output sizes. Follows the same research-to-production workflow every time to produce a launchable batch that matches their formula. 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗨𝗚𝗖: Skills picks the right AI character, writes a script from your product benefits, produces video ads in your brand tone. Hook structure, pacing, CTA placement, voice preset - all defined once. Here's the real shift: it's not the AI. It's the context around it. The 15 minutes you spend rebuilding your setup before you even start - that's what separates a good workflow from a scalable one. Skills let you save the process that works and run it on repeat. Thanks to our customers who shaped skills with us and the team for bringing it live at our usual hyper speed 😎

Patrick Haede shared thisI have reviewed over 500 ad accounts in the last six months. Same pattern in nearly every one: The bottlenecks are either too few creatives to test, or not enough variants of the ones that are winning. AI makes volume more accessible. It does not directly make winners more common. The teams that figured this out are not just generating more ads. They are feeding their AI better context, their brand, their best-performing patterns, what their competitors are doing right - and letting the system learn what wins for them. I have spent the last months observing how the best performance teams solve this - and the pattern is surprisingly consistent. Tomorrow at 6pm CET / 12pm ET / 9am PT, I am running a free 45-min masterclass on what they are doing differently, and how any team can copy it. 50 seats. Some still open. Make a comment or send me a short message if you want to attend. If you are a performance marketer, in-house growth lead, or running an agency. This is for you.

Every single line of code. If that is not already very close to happening, it will be the default by the end of this year. Designers are still sitting in Figma, moving the mouse to create designs. There is a simple reason why this will fundamentally change: It is way too slow. If a software agent writes all the code, the designs will have to be done by AI as well. The coding agent does not want to wait for the design. So what is the future? Here is what I think it will be after experiencing Claude Design last weekend and now using it for Superscale: Human designers will create design systems, components and examples. They will teach an AI system how to create good designs for a product by providing context on brand, UI and UX. Then an AI system like Claude Design will actually take that information and build the designs, with a direct handover to a coding agent. The human designer leaves the design job. They become the mentor for the AI that designs. Which, by the way, is what is already the case in software.

And the best part, I am quoting one of our customers: "This is not AI slop (like in many other tools). This is research-based statics that I can immediately put live". That is exactly what we are aiming for. A couple of tips for you to get started: 1. Sign up on Superscale with your website / store URL or directly search for your app. 2. Create the first statics right away, we will suggest prompts and you have free test credits to try many of them. 3. If an ad needs an improvement, use the new editing feature (launched last week!). 4. Improve your context: Every addition and info you add to the context improves your next generation. It is like onboarding a new member to your team. Small time investment to give the Agent more instructions, big time saver for you with every new ad. I am grateful for so many ads now being built on Superscale every day and it is only the beginning. Comment or send me a message once you get started! Shoutout to our entire team to bringing the product this far, we are just getting started 🧡

Patrick Haede shared this𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘀. Not because the quality wasn't there. The quality has been impressive for a while. But as someone who looks at hundreds of ads every single day, I could still tell. Faces drifting between shots. Hands still slightly glitching when they touched a product. Audio that partly didn’t match the mouth. And if I can tell, the audience can tell. And an audience that clocks "AI" scrolls past. We have been testing Seedance 2.0 over the past weeks internally and I genuinely think this is a different moment. Character consistency across 15-second multi-shot clips. Real physics when hands actually hold, open, and use a product. Lip-synced audio generated with the video in one pass, no stitching. The things that used to give AI video away in-feed are mostly gone. We shipped it inside Superscale today. As a video template and directly via Agent chat. The teams that start nailing AI ads now will have a serious headstart. Creative velocity is what separates winners in paid social. And that gap is about to get very wide. Comment here if you want to try it with additional credits and I will send them to you!

Patrick Haede liked thisPatrick Haede liked thisToday, we’re introducing a new way to create games in Jamboree. Prompting works great when you know exactly what to ask for. Most of us… don’t. So we came up with a radical idea: A graphical user interface. Turns out tapping on the thing you want to change is still pretty useful. Tap, don’t type. Over the past months, we’ve watched people get stuck not because they were short on ideas, but because translating every little creative decision into the right words is work. How do you explain that the jump should feel slightly higher? That the enemy should move faster? That the camera feels wrong? That this character should just be… a bit bigger? So we rebuilt creation in Jamboree around much more direct control. Tap a character and change it. Edit animations. Move things around. Adjust speed, size, controls, camera, and sound. Use your own drawings or images as references. You can still create with words. But you shouldn’t have to explain every little thing before you can make it yours. Less explaining. More control. More fun!

Patrick Haede reacted on thisLangdock is now a Societas Europaea, a European company! 🇪🇺 When we founded Langdock, we were invited to join Y Combinator. To join, we needed to incorporate in one of its supported jurisdictions. Germany wasn't one of them. With little more than three founders and big ambitions, we chose the standard setup for German founders joining YC: a Delaware C-Corp, Langdock Inc., with a German subsidiary, Langdock GmbH, as we planned to operate from Germany. YC didn't require us to be a US company. Canada, Singapore or the Cayman Islands would have worked too. What mattered was a structure that was easy for founders to set up and straightforward for investors to manage. A European parent company wasn't a feasible option. A little over three years later, we've grown to more than 13,000 customers, and our ambition has grown with our growth. We've built conviction that we can build a global company from Europe and decided to double down on it: reflect our commitment in our corporate structure. That's why, at the beginning of 2026, we kicked off a complex project: reorganising our corporate structure to become fully European. It took about nine months, dozens of lawyers and auditors, and all of our shareholders to make it happen, but: We are now a fully Societas Europaea (Langdock SE), registered in Germany. I could write a lot about why we felt like we should do this, but the main reason is: It feels right, and it feels amazing :) All of us have our own reasons; some of mine are below: I grew up in Europe and am deeply thankful for my upbringing and the society we've built over the last 80 years. I was fortunate to attend publicly funded schools without feeling like there was a better education that I couldn't afford. I was fortunate to roam my hometown when I was young, and go to university when I was older, using an amazing public transport system at an affordable price. I was fortunate to be treated at a public hospital for several months after a severe accident, without even needing to think about how it would be paid for. I was fortunate to travel to 20+ countries without needing my passport, to pay in one currency, and to feel safe wherever I went. I have tremendously benefited from growing up in Europe, and I want to play a role in building a more prosperous and stronger Europe. Langdock was founded by Europeans. We are 80%+ owned by founders and employees – all of whom are European tax residents. With Langdock, we aim to be a blueprint for what's possible in Europe. We want to show that Europe can build and create value. For us, that means building the leading AI adoption company with a product portfolio that reflects that ambition. We will release more applications and go down the stack by building out our own inference infrastructure. We are building Langdock with European values and global ambition. Our team and customers give us the confidence to pursue that ambition in Europe :)

Patrick Haede liked thisPatrick Haede liked thisFive years ago, I wrote that launching to the public was the least important moment in the history of a company. Today, Aware has been acquired by Aeon. Building Aware has been one of the most meaningful and intense experiences of my life. There were many great moments, difficult ones, wrong turns and many lessons along the way. Not everything worked, and not every decision was right. But an incredible group of people kept believing, learning and moving the company forward. Today, I am proud of what we built together and excited to see where it goes next. Most importantly, I believe we proved that making preventive health part of our everyday lives is essential if we want to build healthier societies and more effective healthcare systems. There is still a great deal to learn but we must continue investing, experimenting and building in this space. I am deeply grateful to my co-founders Ferdinand Schmidt-Thomé and to Ramzi Rizk, who helped us start the company. And to our early investors and angels who believed in us when Aware was little more than an idea. Thank you for helping us take the first steps. Thank you also to Henrik Siemers, who took over as CEO last year, helped me transition to the board and, together with Ferdi, led Aware towards this outcome. To the entire team and everyone who contributed over the years and pulled through when things were tough: it is impossible to name you all, but you know who you are. I am incredibly proud of you and grateful to have worked by your side. Finally, congratulations to Tim Seithe and the entire Aeon team. By joining forces and combining whole-body MRI, recurring blood diagnostics and AI, you now have the opportunity to build a European powerhouse in preventive health. I wish you every success in taking what we started to the next level. There is pride today. There is relief. There is sadness. And above all, there is gratitude. Thank you all. 💜 Flo P.S. Patrick Haede liked thisPatrick Haede liked this10 Jahre Law School - Was für ein Abschied! Was für Emotionen!

Patrick Haede liked thisPatrick Haede liked thisThe model picker era is coming to an end. More than 1B+ prompts have been sent to Lovable, and each one has helped us learn which model performs best for each task. For every prompt in Lovable, our system decides the right models, tools, instructions, and context - when to retry, when to replan, and when to route work to our own trained models. A model company can improve its model, but we improve the whole system, combining all the frontier models. In the end, we don’t want you to think about models. We just want you to go build cool stuff. Read in full: https://lnkd.in/e7DBaSwk

Patrick Haede liked thisPatrick Haede liked thisInvisible Interfaces 🔥 The most interesting products I've fallen in love with this year don't really have an interface. You don't need to open another app, go through another onboarding, or find another dashboard. You simply reach it the way you'd reach a friend, through a text thread or a phone call, and on the other side sits an agent that is connected to all the tools you use every day, such as your email, your calendar, your messages, your accounts. Then you can simply tell it what you need and it goes off and does it for you. Replies drafted, trips arranged, subscriptions cancelled, appointments moved. The apps it operates are all still there, humming underneath, but you just never see them anymore. They disappeared. Watching this happen has clarified something I've been thinking about for a while. We are witnessing a new step being inserted in front of every interface we've ever designed. In the last years, using software meant going to the software, opening the app, learning its layout, and navigating its particular logic. Now you increasingly interact with one interface that is connected to all the other interfaces, and the moment that layer works well enough, the interfaces behind it begin to fade from view. They don't fade because they got worse, but because nobody is looking at them anymore. That is what an invisible interface actually means to me, and it has nothing to do with minimalism or fewer buttons. It means that the interface of the product you built, the thing your team obsessed over and tested and polished for years, basically becomes a back-end, and its primary user is no longer a person but an agent acting on a person's behalf. I would encourage every designer to sit with that thought for a moment, because it is genuinely destabilizing. The craft I grew up in assumed a human on the other side of the glass, and every decision we made about hierarchy, contrast, motion, or copy existed to help that person see, understand, and act. When the entity clicking through your product is an agent, most of that craft becomes invisible to the one doing the clicking, and your beautiful checkout flow gets traversed in two hundred milliseconds by something that has no appreciation for your easing curves. This doesn't mean design is no longer relevant, but it does mean it is migrating to another level. The interface layer of an individual service is turning into something closer to a protocol, which needs to be legible, structured, operable, and honest about its state. Designing for machines is still design, just in a different form. The human-facing craft, the part of our work that earns love and loyalty, moves up a level to wherever the person actually is, and increasingly the person is sitting in one conversation that touches everything.
