My helmet took a bash while I was in the Highlands of Scotland, I needed a cheap replacement as soon as possible, XL Moto promised the best price and the quickest delivery, they delivered on both, very happy with the service both the speed and price. No complaints. Perfect experience from start to finish.

Just what I needed, and a good price.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews without giving the company a chance to rectify the problem, but sadly, I have given them that,

After receiving tracking details, everything seemed to be going OK, asked for my parcel to be delivered to one of the InPost lockers as I wasn’t going to be home,

Courier claimed there was a technical issue with the locker so I couldn’t deliver. It stated they would be back after the days of waiting called them to ask when they would be delivering they stated as soon as possible. Days later still nothing., called again now they were asking what was in the parcel as clearly they had lost it, but denied losing it stating it was at the depot, awaiting re delivery, days passed again finally, InPost admitted they had lost the parcel and told me to contact the retailer,

I contacted XL moto stating I’ve been in contact with the courier who lost the parcel, but has lied about losing it for XL moto to resend me the tracking details, I’m not respond anything to what I had actually said, I forwarded Xcel Moto a copy of the email I received from the courier stating they had lost the parcel and for me to contact the retailer five days later still no response from XL moto

Absolute terrible customer service it’s not the customer’s fault you have chosen a garbage delivery company. There are plenty of options to ship things internationally.

Ended up purchasing the same helmet add intercom from the UK for a little bit more money, but arrive the next day with DPD without any issue.

You sent the wrong item and I have to go to the trouble of sending it back which means a 5 mile drive.

I have waited two weeks and all I’ve had are later and later delivery dates. There does not seem to be a phone number and the emails are now getting bounced. I think I have been scammed and will be contacting my bank for a chargeback.
