Ordering was easy, and the lock arrived as expected. I had quick question after delivery and the support team responded promptly and helped me right away. Would be nice to have a few more installation tips, but overall a great experience.

My experience with Vizilok regarding my order was quite good. They were excellent at communicating and keeping me informed as to the status and progress of my order. If they had any questions, they reached out to have them answered. Products shipped in a very timely manner.
