There is plenty of brokers to trust your money with, here is why you shouldn’t trust tradestation

I requested my funds to be withdrawn to my dutch bank account, and i requested my account to be closed because it would ‘prevent me from extra costs’

Now my withdrawal has been rejected because it was a ‘wrong IBAN number’ makes no sense at all because I deposited it on the same account.

Now i want to log in and see a $0 balance, also, representative Matt, said he would reopen my account and then i should be able to withdraw it again, Matt was lying.

At this point im afraid that tradestation is trying to screw me in every hole i have, where is my money, and how do i get it back.

The Platform is realy frendly to use, specialy for beginners.

Super friendly, super trusty, order speed fast. Reliable. I feel confortable trading here. Like home :)

I love your execution speeds. I do not set well with the Titan because it does not filter fast with the Matrix you guys have on there, but no worries, my setup with the desktop is great. If you guys induct hot key buttons that would be a great + also. But all in all love the platform and execution speeds.

Screens looks very effective and have all the tools I need for comparation and clarity. I would like to have the education for navigation and understand the commands lessons to be updated, thought!

They are scammers! If you live in Europe, they take 5 euro’s a month from my account!

I love how easy it's to navigate the platform and all the training material available to get you going even faster. I'm from Dominican Republic and TradeStation opened the door me a lot of other users to get access to a market that I thought it wasn't possible!

Absolutely terrible. Not friendly to self-taught/beginners.
Transferred money into my options futures account.
Can’t get onto the options trading platform, told to wait 2-3 days. It’s been 10.
Now, I just want my money back! But I cannot transfer it back because my bank account won’t connect to withdraw- but best believe my bank account is connected for deposits.

Have had 3 live chats and 3 phone calls with technical support and all they have to say is “unfortunately …”. No problem solving. Never again.

I have been trying to withdraw my funds for almost 2 months. They keep giving me the run around and excuse after excuse for why my transfer request keeps getting declined. Something extremely shady and unprofessional about this brokerage!! Find another broker!!! Horrible customer service!!

Worst trading app out there. Lost my account just because, genuinely no reason they just got rid of it.

The orders do not fill like ThinkorSwim. Losing money on the platform. The setup is nice. The charts are ok. The orders don’t fill if you are scalping in Options.

Bureaucratic nightmare. Red tape galore. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Nickle and dime for everything. Unfulfilled promises for callback from supervisors. Took 6 weeks to transfer my positions to Schwab. Left after a few months and will never be back.
