I was surprised when I found out that I had signed up for a subscription when i first ordered the D3/K2 vitamins. My intent was to first try it and go from there. The offer was free shipping and second item free. I did just find an e-mail about receiving texts and subscribing by taping the link which I did not. I did find the e-mail regarding this as I saved it. Once I relayed my confusion about the subscription with Ashley she was very supportive and helpful.
I’m also currently caring for my 94 yr. old mother who suffered a stroke and rebuilding after the 2018 Camp Fire.
She offered to suspend my next month’s delivery and keep the discount active. I’ve chosen to continue and we’ll see how things work out. She also stated i could cancel at anytime. Her help and understanding is greatly appreciated.

The website is a breeze to order from and also i got a follow up offer from them for a great deal. Alice was very friendly and awesome.

I am waiting on my order, but the ease ordering was top notch. Alice, from customer service, is fantastic. She sets you up for success. Update to come once I have given the product a good honest try.

The place the order and then immediately received a text message from Alice she gave me some additional options for making purchases a different products. I told her I already have the current products that she was making available to me. It was very nice easy and quick.

Alice text me from 701-368-4668 asking if my address was to an apartment or a house. Then Alice asked if I had trouble falling asleep or stayed asleep? I said "both" she responded, " Oh that combo is the worst" then said my total was $199 instead of $349 and she loaded a $150 gift card. I DIDN'T ASK TO PURCHASE NOTHING. Where is the $199 coming from!? I told her I didn't want this charge and and then tried several times to call the number she was texting from, but it doesn't ring, no voicemail, no answer. That Alice scammed me!

Alice has helped me understand the what my body needs for more energy and to have a night of good sleep. Even put together a package for me. Thank Alice for reaching out.

I really appreciate the quick response and the convenience of being contacted through text. I don’t like phone calls. I also really appreciate that it’s a real person that I’m corresponding with. First time ordering from here and so far this company makes a great first impression.

I ordered buy 2 get 3 FREE! I’m waiting in my order, I never tried it so I’m excited! I got the lymphatic cleanse. All 5 lol but then they also set me up where I can get three months of vitamins and other stuff gave me $150 gift card to go towards it just for ordering. I will write another review once I try the product I am super excited.

So far so good! Leaving out that last star till I start the product, however, customer service has been amazing answering any questions and concerns I have had via text messages! Excited to start and see results!

5/5 stars for Customer Service! I have been a user of the Blood Sugar Complex for several months and just received my FIVE bottle order (I said I was really happy with the product lol). When I opened the new bottle & used it, I noticed the color and taste was different. Not sure if maybe I got a bad batch, I reached out to True Nutra’s Customer Service via text asking about this. I received a response in literally 2 minutes with an explanation that the color and taste has slightly changed as the complex has a more concentrated formula with all the same beneficial ingredients. It’s sometimes difficult through texts to get ”feelings” but the texts were informative & helpful and strangely very friendly. I highly recommend this product for its effectiveness and recommend this company for great attention to Customer Service.

Excited to get my order soon! I was contacted immediately via email and text confirming that my address had an apartment number, which it does. my Shop account apparently didn’t add it into my order so I was very grateful to Alice for reaching out to me. This has happened to me in the past with my Shop account and no other company has reached out to me like Alice so I appreciate this amazing customer service.

Alice really helped me get what I needed so that I can function through the day. Working on the midnight shift I can have a really hard time getting up and I'm always sluggish. But the magnesium and the vitamin d3 and k2 has me really excited to be able to function as a human being again.

They've been very kind. No pressure tactics.
