Order 3 almost empty rolls and dirty no plastic cover one of the rolls i ran out had to use it we barley finished the second car with it. And this is not the first time and we had damaged films half way and when i called and told them she said why i didn't send before i start using it.
Customer service is really bad.

Very disappointed with Tint X in Holly Hill. I brought my Crown Vic in for rear window and rear windshield tint. The rear glass already had an old peeling exterior strip across the top, which any professional tint shop should have immediately addressed or discussed before starting the job.

Instead, they simply tinted the inside only up to the bottom of the peeling strip, leaving a very noticeable unfinished line across the rear windshield. It looks rushed, incomplete, and completely unprofessional.

What makes this worse is I was quoted pricing comparable to doing substantially more of the car, yet somehow paid $360 for a job that looks unfinished. Nobody explained beforehand that this was how the final product would look.

My wife and I are local business owners and specifically chose to support a local company expecting professional work and honest communication. Instead, corners were clearly cut.

At this point I want this fixed properly or a refund issued. For $360, this level of workmanship is unacceptable.

ve been using Tint X film and it’s honestly solid for the price. The clarity is really good, no weird haze, and it shrinks pretty nicely during install. Heat rejection is noticeable too, especially compared to cheaper films.

It’s not the absolute highest-end film out there, but for the cost and performance, it’s definitely worth it. Good option if you want quality without going super expensive.
