The whole process was quick. From providing quote on their website to paying out. It only took them hours to transfer the payment after confirming they received the item and they pay reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this company when selling your pre loved gadgets.

Warning!!! The iOutlet — Absolute Scam Tactics Trade-In Service

After luring me in with a competitive £115 online quote, they slashed it to an insulting £40 upon arrival—far below the £75 CeX shop offered for the exact same console.

I also had to chase them with proof of postage because they went completely silent after my console was delivered.

When I rejected their insultingly low quote, they returned my console with tampered Joy-Grips and outright stole my original box and documentation, hiding behind fine print in their T&Cs after their own support team told me to ignore shipping label errors.

Their business model relies on bait-and-switch quotes, damaged property, and stolen accessories. Stay far away from them.

I bought a refurbished iPhone in May 2024. It has never been very satisfactory and I now need to replace it due to the charging port not working. I am disappointed - I thought the device would last me about twice as long as it has.

Always a very good shopping experience. Phones are as described, delivery is very prompt; and when trading in my old phone the money was very quickly paid into my bank account. An excellent company who values its customers.

Strangely battery us 100% but not identified as an official apple battery, even though i chose not to pay extra for a replaced 100% battery as i thought it best to have a slightly degraded but genuine apple battery . But i really have no idea whether a genuine old apple one or new 100% generic one is better.
Let’s see how the battery works out.

**Very disappointing customer service and an unfair resolution **

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. I reported a fault with the screen on my phone and, after taking it to an Apple Store, was informed that the screen was a CHEAP, NON-INDUSTRY-STANDARD replacement that had not been fitted properly.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the company’s own team acknowledged that the screen was not of an acceptable standard and should not have passed their quality checks.

Despite this, when I returned the phone under the faulty item return process, I was told that the screen was cracked during trasit and that I would have to pay a huge amount for a repair rather than receive the replacement I was expecting.

I understand that accidental damage may not be covered by a warranty, but I feel the company is completely overlooking the original issue: the screen itself was not up to the required standard in the first place. It's no wonder the screen cracked when the screen was faulty! The presence of a crack should not simply dismiss the original fault or mean that a previously agreed replacement is no longer honoured.

I have tried to do the right thing throughout this process by reporting the issue and giving the company the opportunity to resolve it fairly. Instead, I feel I am being penalised for doing so and left out of pocket for a problem that should never have occurred in the first place.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Their customer service is run by bots, and you can't speak to an actual human. I expected better quality control, better customer service and, most importantly, a fair resolution.

Very very happy. Had an horrendous time buying a phone off back market just shows you, the most popular companies are not the best!!!!
