Tooxt Reviews

When I ordered my book something went wrong. The book the story was fantastic. But the names I used were not the names in the book I don't know what went wrong and was it my fault? So I contacted Tooxt and explained what had happened. Anyway long story short I'm getting a new book free of charge. What else could I ask for. They delt with my concern with compassion and with profesion what else could I ask for well done. Especially Judy. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jane she was so kind, caring and was very patient with me..I would definately recommend her to anyone, she really is such a lovely lady...

Jane from Tooxt gave me outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me get the perfect book. I needed it urgently, and she kept me updated by email at every step, which was so reassuring.
It’s rare to receive such personal, thoughtful and reliable service. Jane was kind, attentive and genuinely committed to helping me. She made the whole experience a pleasure, and I’m absolutely delighted with my book.
Thank you, Jane—you deserve all the credit for making this such a positive experience. I would happily recommend Tooxt.

Sarah you have been a great help. Books are great the covers look fantastic

Easy to order.
Excellent quality of the item.
I know it will bring lots of laughter and love in our family.
Great customer service.

Absolutely great book, I loved the photo on the front cover

The customer service at Tooxt.com is excellent. I was a little apprehensive ordering on line, but Wennie, their customer service rep was absolutely amazing, keeping me up to date every step of the way. I received the first of two of orders and I am so pleased at the quality of it, so much so that I placed a third order. A great company to deal with!

This company is phenomenal
The after service care is helpful and quick to reply back to you and is amazing. The books are beautiful and a story you will read over and over again.. …
I recommend you try it for your selves
You won’t be disappointed.

Don't be lazy! Write your own book. It is not "AI creativity to human hands" it's AI bullshit and as there is a need for more publisher for human writers, it is disgusting you try to eliminate human creativity from one of the greatest gifts of mankind, imagination, and the fact you can write about it is incredible. This is disgusting. Do not use a company that uses fake reviews and generates random shit and prints it on paper calling it "creativity".

Order for my husband. Well done, beautifully illustrated on the cover and very funny.

Fantastic service, will be ordering the sequels. My wife loved it

Le roman était encore plus beau que je ne l avait imaginé. C est vraiment un cadeau original qui permet de mettre une personne à l honneur.

Je vous le conseille pour les fêtes

Great idea to give as a gift for a loved one.

Bought 2 books for my daughters birthday and she loved the fact that it was a story about her and her family and the story was about the things she loved to do.

Quick a printing and delivery too..Very pleased with the whole experience

Just waiting for my books to arrive now, and cant thank Jane at Tooxt for her patience and helpfulness as I couldn't make my mind up simply because the stories are so good and the front cover pictures were brilliant, she email the proofs so I could read through first, considering the time difference as I'm in the UK she was always prompt in responses, to guide me though everything. will give another review when I receive the books. excellent customer service.

My son was so happy. 18th birthday present

I realised as soon as i paid for the book that i had missed a few crucial items. I emailed tooxt and Wennie was really helpful and supported me through the process of getting the crucial items included in the book. That was much appreciated.

Not often, but every now and then you find a gem as you walk through life. Tooxt and their personal books are exactly that. Anything worth having takes hard work or so they say. Not these books. They're easy to build, start to finish. The outcome is incredible! We've got two books now and they float around the kids family homes as the families read about themselves taking part in incredibly well constructed story lines that transform them into super heros and detectives. The quality of material is top shelf also. We won't be stopping at two. Our neighbours and friends are waiting for our books to be returned so they can have a read and order their own for their families as we have. I'll just finish this review by saying it's a genuine review. I've got no association with the company, Tooxt, or their product other than our books, and being a big fan of their product after our purchase. Thank you Tooxt. You've created wonderful memories for our kids and grandkids. We wish you every success with this. The customer service is second to none friendly and accommodating. The cost of these books is ridiculously small for what you get. Give them a go, you won't regret it.
