Use very slow Royal Mail.
You need to build up a reserve stock to use this service.

Useless
Useless. I have been here multiple times this week and they never have the medication you need. They have the prescription and I have not had any medication for over a week. I am travelling 15 miles to get here and told that it is not ready every time. Staff on the just find excuses to try and shift the blame on to you when it is their shear negligence and incompetence that cause the issue. Don't go here, there are other pharmacies that are far more proficient and professional. Horrible staff.

We require 7 working days (10 days) to dispense and deliver prescriptions.
Your last prescription was received and dispensed and delivered within our timescales.
There is another prescription outstanding that requires a signature upon delivery and our pharmacy team will contact patients via email once the order is ready to arrange delivery. Our digital pharmacy team emailed you on the 15th July to let you know this was ready and to arrange a suitable date but did not receive a response from you. Please respond to the email to confirm when you will be home to accept this order or you can email our team at hello@well.co.uk who can arrange it with the pharmacy so that they can send this out to you.

Delivery needs to be quicker
Delivery needs to be quicker, prescription can only be issued max 6 days prior to running out. This leaves only a small window for processing and despatch of medication. Delivery by Royal Mail cannot be reliable in this time scale

We appreciate you sharing your concerns about delivery times and the prescription window. We understand how crucial timely medication is and that some surgeries may have different timescales for approval of prescriptions.
Unfortunately we do require 10 days to receive, process and deliver prescriptions.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to 3 working days. We then require up to 3 working days to allow prescriptions to process through our system and to be dispensed and 2-4 working days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver as we use Royal Mail 48hour service. Please note: Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of any stock issue/delays.
