If I could give 0 I would, Terrible quality of the dresses, not at all as the images, not even the sizes. very difficult to have a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Questo sito é una TRUFFA! Potessi metterei 0 stelle perché una è anche tropo! Ho ordinato due set costumi e copricostume e ci hanno messo più di un mese ad arrivare, una volta aperti ho notato che i colori erano totalmente diversi da quelli che avevo ordinato e il fit di un pantalone totalmente sbagliato…minuscolo! Non ordinate da questo sito

Si pudiese le pondría 0, no compren en esta tienda es una estafa. Después de esperar mi orden 2 meses llego y es totalmente otra cosa. Incluso la calidad es pauperrima

Terrible customer service. They completely ignore return requests and don’t even provide a return address. Took more than one month to get 3 dresses. Avoid.

Ho effettuato l'ordine di due costumi su questo sito, innanzitutto sono arrivati in estremo ritardo (dopo un mese), ho provato a contattare l'assistenza per giorni senza sapere dove fosse il mio pacco, dopo tanti tentativi ho ricevuto una risposta che in sostanza mi diceva di aspettare. Alla fine i costumi sono arrivati e se dico che la qualità è scadente sto facendo un complimento. Uno dei due costumi è in jersey, materiale che va bene per fare una tuta non un costume da mare, cuciture e materiali orribili, non elasticizzato, praticamente inutilizzabile. L'altro ha una stampa di qualità davvero bassa rispetto alle foto, è palesemente un costume che troveresti nella peggiore delle bancarelle, preso, rietichettato e venduto a 35 euro invece di 3. Praticamente una truffa. Ho chiesto il reso e ovviamente non ricevo alcuna risposta. Non comprate assolutamente da questo sito, è uno scam TOTALE!

This has been disappoint from start to finish. Order took a month to arrive and one of the items was not what I had ordered.
I got in touch with customer service to return the incorrect item and have since been ghosted. I have tried everything, from emails to their contact form to instagram dms, and have not heard back at all.
Genuinely so disappointed in the store - good reminder to always check review.
The countdown for the sale is fake as well.

Ho acquistato un costume seguendo anche la guida alle taglie, oltre a essere diversissimo dalla foto, era anche gigante.
Pessima esperienza con l’assistenza totalmente assente, impossibile fare il reso o entrare in contatto col sito
Sito SCAM a tutti gli effetti, totalmente da eviare

Sono dei truffatori schifosi. La roba arriva dopo un mese ed è di qualità pessima e se chiedi il reso non ti risponde nessuno non esiste un servizio clienti . Non comprate assolutamente da questo sito .

Ho ordinato due capi, arrivati dopo un mese e completamente diversi dall’immagine del sito, è da una settimana che mando email per la richiesta di reso ma non ricevo risposta.

Non mi rispondono per fare il reso

Mai più. Quando il pacco doveva arrivare rispondevano nel giro di mezza giornata alle email (servizio di tracciamento della spedizione non funzionante) ma hanno iniziato ad ignorarmi quando ho scritto per chiedere indicazioni su come fare il reso. I due abiti che ho acquista sono completamente diversi dalle foto che usano sul sito: stampa, tessuto, colore, tutto diverso!

Item took over 1 month to arrive and was too late for the holiday. I have contacted numerous times for a return address and, like many others who have left reviews, my emails go unanswered.

J’ai commander une robe sur le site elle avait l’air magnifique : coloré en perle , très bonne finition…
Le colis a mis 1 mois à arriver une fois arrivée la qualité digne d’un déguisement finition horrible et photo mensongère c’est après avoir chercher sur le web que j’ai vu que les photos venaient d’un autre site ou la robe était à 2000$ cents donc une « copie » très mal faite qu’ils revendent une cinquantaine d’euros, je déconseille

Je mets une étoile car je suis obligé mais ce site est catastrophique, ils envoient les commandes certes, mais pas les bons articles, la qualité est médiocre et tout est mal coupé !!! Bien évidemment aucune réponse de leur part pour effectuer un retour et être remboursé!! A fuir fortement

DO NOT ORDER! I ordered €150 worth of clothing and nothing ever arrived. There’s also no way to get in touch with them, they don’t respond to emails or Instagram DMs. Nothing. It’s a scam.

Délai de livraison excessif ( plus d’un mois pour un seul article). Une fois l’article reçu, absolument PAS CONFORME à l’image (beaucoup plus cheap, pas les mêmes matières qu’il paraît) et enfin SILENCE RADIO A LA DEMANDE DE RETOUR ET REMBOURSEMENT

Ho richiesto subito il modulo di reso ma dopo 3 e-mail inviate non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta.

SCAMMERS!! I ordered one swimsuit and you sent me a different one after a whole MONTH!! UNACCEPTABLE AND SCAMMERS

I am forced to leave this review because I have tried to contact customer support multiple times regarding my order, but I have received no response whatsoever. Since all my attempts to resolve this matter privately have been ignored, I have no choice but to share my experience publicly.
My order took almost one month to arrive, despite your website stating an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the items I received. They are nothing like the photos shown on your website. The fit is awful, and the biggest issue is that what appears to be rhinestones in the product photos is actually just a printed design. This was never made clear in the product description. Had this been specified, I would never have purchased these items.
Displaying the products in a way that makes them appear embellished with real rhinestones when they are only printed is misleading and creates completely unrealistic expectations. The products I received do not match the presentation on your website.

At this point, I am still waiting for a response from customer support. I hope this review finally prompts the company to address this issue and resolve it fairly.

The product I received (Earthy Swirl Tie-Side Triangle Bikini, Size L) does not match the photos shown on the website. The beads are black instead of brown and there are fewer of them than shown in the product images. The blue shades are much more extensive and vibrant than advertised, completely changing the overall color balance and design that convinced me to purchase it in the first place. The fabric quality is average, but the difference between the actual product and the official photos is obvious and disappointing.
Shipping was also very slow, taking over a month to arrive.
On top of that, the website uses a countdown timer for its "limited-time" discounts that never actually expires, clearly creating false urgency to encourage purchases.
