I didn’t write this review at the time but since the company had the audacity to call me today I am doing it now.
We were going to go with pre pay power. Guy came out to fit the metre. Said he couldn’t because there was paint around the fuse box. Fine end of story only pre pay power still went ahead and told our current provider we were leaving. Hence we ended up with no power and had to go through a lot of hassle to sign up again with out provider. It would seem different departments don’t talk to each other. Very lax way to deal with people. I told them never to call here again we would never use this business given how inept they are

I was talking to a girl called Joshua, she was so helpful and friendly and patient. I hope if I need to talk to prepay again I get to speak to her again.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bought a house with a meter already installed , Ive been contacting them since May to have it removed as I am trying to get walls plastered. I was never a customer and was uncomfortably questioned continuously about my current energy supplier for 25 minutes on the phone, this was followed by another phone call to confirm I still wanted the meter removed and nothing was done. The person I spoke to belittled me regarding my choice of a billpay service rather than as pay as you go (which has actually worked out cheaper). I then had my partner ring them to try have it removed as I was very uncomfortable after the phonecall and felt very anxious about calling again. He was transferred through multiple times to different departments and hung up on multiple times and promised someone would be out to remove it, this was 2 months ago. We have since contacted them and we've had the same conversation over and over again and no result just continuously told a request would go in and again hung up on. Customer service is extremely poor and they are refusing to remove the meter.

Quick and efficient, Raj has been grrat to understand my situation and follow with the timely action and advice.
