Let goed op de prijzen want die zijn vaak te hoog.
En dan komt er ook nog 21% btw plus inklaring bij waardoor je soms duurder uitbent dan in NL
Maar soms zitten er echt leuke aanbiedingen tussen.
Snelle verzending klopt ook niet want ze verzenden uitsluitend op donderdag.

Bezorging en invoerrechten
Heb dit horloges in de loop der jaren besteld.
Altijd naar tevredenheid .
Dit keer was de verzending hiervan een crime .
De datum van verzending liep uit tot zelfs een week daar kwam boven op dat ik 60,63 euro invoerrechten moest betalen.

Het horloge zelf is prima aangekomen en is origineel, daar valt niets op aan te merken. Maar nergens op de site stond vermeld dat er nog extra douanekosten bij zouden komen. Ik moest bij levering plots 60 euro extra betalen aan de douane.
Ik heb hierover gemaild met de vraag om een vergoeding, maar ze weigerden me te helpen. Mijn klacht werd gewoon afgewimpeld. Geen enkele vorm van klantvriendelijkheid of begrip.
Vanwege deze slechte ervaring raad ik dit bedrijf absoluut niet aan. Transparantie en service zijn blijkbaar geen prioriteit.
