We're glad you appreciate how Magnific keeps innovating, Mariella, from the free test credits to the tutorials that help you build your skills. Thanks for sharing this!

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially as a Premium user.
During peak hours, high demand can sometimes affect image generation performance, but this is certainly not the experience we want to offer. Our team is actively working to improve stability and reduce these interruptions.
Please rest assured that your feedback has been noted. If the issue persists, we recommend trying again later or contacting our support team so we can look into your case more closely.

Hi Miko,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with the Essential plan didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as anticipated.
To clarify, our Essential and Premium+ plans offer different levels of access to Freepik’s AI tools and resources. While the Essential plan includes access to a selection of AI features, the Premium+ plan offers full access to all AI-generated content and advanced features. We do our best to communicate these differences clearly on our pricing page and help center, but we’re always looking to improve transparency based on user feedback like yours.
If you feel the plan you chose doesn’t suit your needs, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your case and explore possible solutions. Please reach out to us at support@freepik.com — our team is here to help.
Thanks again for your input — it helps us make Freepik better for everyone.
Best regards,
The Freepik Team
HI Sophie,
Thank you for your feedback! We completely understand your point, and we agree that the majority of mockups on our platform are part of the premium collection. This is because we aim to offer high-quality resources while also supporting the creators behind them.
That being said, we offer different subscription options so users can choose the one that best fits their needs. Whether you prefer free resources or want full access to our premium mockups, there’s flexibility to select the plan that works for you.
We appreciate your input and are always working to improve our offerings. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out! 😊

Waardeloos bedrijf.
Top aanrader!!!!
