2nd Review for William Jacket.
Actually it’s a follow up. Just yesterday got an invoice from FedEx for custom duty,gst and disbursement fee! Wow this hidden charge they never told me about. Watch out for their free shipping which is not true.

Customer service is just a bot farm running an automated script passing you from one made up entity to another

All trying to lure you into accepting a discount designed to get another order for an unreliably sized item

Fool me once- shame on you
Fool me twice- shame on me

Reply from vendor is just their “BOT” farm damage control response

No acknowledgement of the discrepancy between their sizing chart and what was sent

A constant just send us more money and we’ll make things right

What it appears to be is a poorly made knocked off that is masquerading as licensed gear

Forwarding this entire issue to the copyright holder and let them take it from here!!!

The order took forever and it was a Father's Day gift. When it finally arrived, a 2XL was more like a Medium. Threads were hanging from it. It is fake, and poorly made. In order to send this jacket back it's going to cost more than $120 I paid for it. They're offering me 30% which is only like 30 something dollars and said three to five business days and it's been over a week. I don't want this jacket I have no use for it it's a poor quality it's fake and 30% is a good way to scam people. You can't send it back because they don't send you a return shipping label. Not to mention most of their five-star Google reviews are from anonymous people. I wish I would have read them more I was just trying to get something nice for my father for Father's Day. It's a shame and I have yet to see any kind of refund. Don't buy from this company unless you want to get scammed.

Very high quality, I ordered it from Türkiye and everyone who saw it loved it, I liked it very much too. They were very helpful during the shipping process. I definitely recommend it.

The Jacket was the centerpiece of the room as it radiated beautifully from the lighting on the dance floor! The Jacket successfully helped me recreate MJ’s iconic 1982 Grammys outfit! I am extremely pleased with the quality, the speed of shipping, the brilliance in the reflections when lighting hits the jacket, and for the confidence it gave me to dance the night away to MJ’s hits! The jacket was not only the centerpiece of the room, it owned the building! Thank you such a magnificent masterpiece! It will become a family heirloom!

The jacket was not true to the sizing guide. The fit around the chest of the jacket is smaller than advertised. The thickness of the fabric was very thin for a sport coat found in the US. Return policy is a joke. Return costs to Pakistan. Total BS.

STAY AWAY FROM WILLIAM JACKET - it is an absolute scam. The website shows and describes authentic brand name clothing, but what they send you is a terrible knockoff that does come close to looking like what you purchased. When you try to return the crappy knockoff, the company sends you a return address in Pakistan and tells you that you are responsible for shipping costs. It would cost almost the same price of the item to ship it back!

I ordered a “ Adidas” polka dot jacket in 250$*+ and got a complete knock off looks / feel nothing like the real one . I was shocked. It didn’t even fit the measurements. I asked to send it back and had to pay 80$ to thier Pakistan location!!!!!! With no ability to really track to a small town there. Its a complete scam. Im very upset. Totally waste of money.

I ordered the Hogans Heros Bob Crane jacket and when it arrived today I was very happy with it. It looks almost like the original version. I had a very wonderful experience with this company, it was easy to communicate and ask questions. The jacket is good quality and fits well. I recommend this company if this is the jacket your looking for.

Scamers and terrible custimer service!
I saw a ad ”The grinch costume” with had the description ”ever wanted to dress up as the grinch…” and so on. It had a real extensive description why it was good and equal to the movieprop and so on and had pictures from the movie, the grinch in a santa coat. Quite expansive to, but perfect as my neese wanted more then anything for the grinch to come to her party. Said and done, ordered it, payed taxes and so on…just to fint it was ONLY the christmas jacket…I would look more like santa then the grinch. i asked where the costume where, and they appoliged for the inconviniece but the jacket was it, and I could return it but had to pay för the transport….so now I paid 150$ for a jacket that I sent back after paying 30$ i taxes and 50$ i transportation….awsome…if it wore wurth it I would take it forward, its not ok to have a ad that promises more then the product gives

BUYER BEWARE. They arent located in the US. Firstly, the jacket is a bad knock off, not a 1 of 1. The lining is different. Secondly, they do something that is awful. They send the jacket, but with however they send it days later after receiving the jacket, you will get a bill for duties and taxes from Fedex or the shipping company. I contacted William Mark and was told this is indeed my responsibly. I will pay the bill, but this is terrible business practices. Dont contact me, aaking to remove this or offering to reimburse me. You know what you do is wrong. Someome trusted youre measly Pakistani company and you lie yo make a quick dollar.

The problem with ordering online is you don’t know what size will fit. Ordered my husband a large but after receiving he needed an extra large. Upon contacting them via email I received a response telling me I have to pay to return to United Kingdom with the name Muhammad address plus to exchange I have to pay $40 more to do the exchange! On the vest it has a tag that says made in America!! That’s not true! Buyer beware!! Not from America!! I will not be returning! Too expensive!

This company is not what it seems, I bought 2 jackets from them and I had no ideal these jackets were replica jackets. The quality in my opinion is very poor. Most of all the jackets are sized bases on the sizes for smaller frame overseas people.
Don’t be deceived by the return policy, the jackets came from a country that to return them cost more than the expensive cost of the jackets. The company agreed to return 20-30% of the cost of the jackets. PLEASE BEWARE AND BE CAFEFul when purchasing from this company. I will never purchase from them as long as I live. In my opinion this is a terrible company to shop from. I don’t believe the wonderful reviews are true reviews.

oh my - well the jacket is absolutely plush.... beyond amazing. so warm and stylish to boot - the service was excellent as well - the delivery took a minute, but it was during the holidays and the manager was most helpful and informative thru out process - well worth the wait
