REWRITTEN REVIEW:
Had a cold sales call from this company offering SEO services. I asked one simple question: if your SEO works, why aren't you ranked number one on Google yourselves? Rather than answer, the caller told me I was wasting his time and hung up.

That was disappointing. If a company sells the promise of getting other businesses to the top of Google, it's a fair question to ask where they rank themselves — and it's a question their sales team should be able to answer calmly.

I'd also encourage anyone reading their reviews to look closely at the reviewer profiles and judge for themselves.

What prompted this review was the follow-up: I later received a call asking me to remove it, during which it was mentioned how I'd feel if they left a review for my business. My view is straightforward — if my own sales team treated a prospect rudely, my business would deserve honest feedback too. It works both ways.

My honest suggestion to their management: focus on training the sales team to handle direct questions politely, rather than asking customers to take down reviews that were left in response to how a call was handled.

Very speedy and professional service. Sent me a test website to view before it went live and when I requested things to be changed or added or removed, it was done in next to no time. Very happy with the results so far. Well worded, well presented and effort put in where needed. Also great communication from everybody involved. Thank you

Can't rate Mike highly enough with his quick changes to our website which we do at least twice a month, also advice on what looks good and taking our info and making it look a hundred times better!
