Extremely disappointing quality and customer service
I ordered three sweaters, and I honestly could not be more disappointed. The images printed on all three sweaters are extremely pale, grey and washed out, and look absolutely nothing like the vibrant and clear images shown on the website. The quality is nowhere near what I was led to expect when placing the order.
I contacted customer service expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was offered 20% off my NEXT order. Why would I place another order after receiving products of such poor quality? This was obviously completely useless to me.
After several messages back and forth, I was eventually offered a 10% refund for three sweaters that I will never use. I declined.
The only other option offered was to return the sweaters at my own expense. I was also told that I would have to cover any potential customs/tax costs, and that if the package did not reach an address in China, I would apparently receive nothing back.
This is an absurd way to treat a customer. The product quality is extremely poor, the images on the website are highly misleading, and the customer service has been just as disappointing.
I simply wanted a full refund for products that do not remotely match what was advertised. Instead, I have spent far too much time arguing with customer service over a problem that should never have existed in the first place.
Extremely disappointed. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Sent me terrible quality print on a t-shirt, blurry AI upscaled image with illegible text. When I complained they tried to dissuade me from returning it by telling me it was going to be expensive and take along time. Then then offered me 20% off a NEW order.
Imagine selling someone a pile of dookie and then telling them they have 20% off for MORE dookie.
update: minocustom's response to my review is more lies, they have not actually offered me a refund. they offered me 30% on a new order... and later a 15% refund.
I paid for 100% of a an unwareable shirt.
