Elie Seroussi was born in Paris in 1958. Growing up in the center or Paris he developed a strong taste for fashion and craftsmanship. He opened his first fashion house, CECILE & JEANNE, in his late twenties, and built it into the well known brand it is today, with 10 boutiques in the prime Paris locations.
Elie raised his three children between the family ranch in Burgundy and the atelier in Paris. His oldest daughter, Natacha, took a keen interest in his work at a young age and showed a strong passion for fashion, the arts, and nature. After completing her studies of the arts Natacha naturally partnered up with her forever mentor and biggest supporter; Elie.
Together Elie and Natacha decided to do things differently. They wanted to create a brand that would combine the essence of who they are and what they believe in. Their products needed to be chic, elegant and modern… as well as environmentally friendly, vegan, and sustainable. They set off to design their first product - bobobark was born.

LaFlore Paris equals uniquely beautiful!
I love my LaFlore Paris bag because it’s so unique. 🤍 It’s not something you see everywhere, and I love that it feels different, stylish, and completely me. A beautiful statement piece without being like everyone else’s bag. Also customer service is very friendly, I contacted them after my order to add an additional item and they got it in same order so I did not have to pay additional shipping!!!

They used a filter to make an ugly colour more appealing
Last year I bought a raspberry bobobark from Laflore Paris as a gift for my mother, when it arrived it was clear they'd put a filter on their website photos, it was almost brown in person, they claimed the difference was due to my screen, when I pointed out that it was clear a filter had been used on the website photos they said it was due to photography, lighting and screen settings, I returned the bag but my refund was minus shipping and the cost of return shipping.
I had fully intended on buying more items from them, I had my eye on the raspberry chouchou but their dreadful customer service has meant if I buy more of their products it'll be second hand.
As I can't upload photos to show the difference between what I ordered and what I received I've posted photos on my twitter @pkb*tchgirl.
Also, 2 weeks after they received the bag they still hadn't refunded me and I had to email to get a refund.

Great products and outstanding customer support
After backing their kickstarter project for the Lebobo Backpack I was so excited that I immediately bought a Bobobark for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it.
At a later time my Kickstarter Lebobo arrived and it was very nice as well but it had a little issue, a small accessory that was part of the bag was missing.
After a few days I contacted their customer support which promptly replied and promised to take care of my problem.
It did take a while (I guess the missing part wasn't available on it's own) but then unexpectedly they proposed to return my bag so that they could just replace my whole bag for a new one so that it would arrive with all the accessories belonging to it.
Customer support was extremely kind and helpful through the whole process and I will be returning to this company at my first chance. They stand behind their products and I will support companies like this by suggesting to purchase from them without hesitation.

Laflore bags are the BEST!
Laflore is one of my favorite bag companies. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the interior designs are clever (loads of organized spaces in a beautiful bag). The sustainable materials make you feel good about your purchase and keep the bags lightweight. And the hardware (buckles, straps, etc.) are good quality - no breaking down or wear over the years). And importantly, the customer service is impeccable - quick, responsive, courteous and happy to please. I've just ordered my third bag and this time I bought the cork conditioner - I hope this will extend the life of my bags as the cork material is biodegradable and needs a little extra love. But all in all, love, love, LOVE Laflore!

Bebebark!
I was saving up for a Bebebark when I saw the Bastille Day sale. Very happy with my purchase, the bag is just a perfect as I’d hoped. The quality is beautiful! I did have a slight issue with the key strap but that’s been swapped with great comms, customer service and very quickly.

I want the whole collection!
I bought my first Bebebark on Kickstarter and I was so proud to own it. It was a splurge for me on a student budget but I wanted that chic Parisian flair and to support the independent business using ecological products.
I now have a small purse which really goes with everything (black)- you can dress it up or down and the second strap is super fun.
I also have the traveling bag, which I use as a carry-on. The wheels are super useful and I just always feel like the most stylish traveler. It is the best for short trips via train. All three products photograph and age so well. I have very memorable snapshots of an Italy trip with my mustard Bebebark on my back (using the backpack straps). I could switch it to an over the shoulder strap too.
The entire design is so thoughtful and I watch the new products eagerly, hoping to expand my collection. Thank you!

The bag is not quite what I had hoped
The bag is not quite what I had hoped. It has lovely elements, but those are undermined by some cheap details such as the plastic logo stuck prominently on the front of the bag. The straps are also rather cheap and stiff--could be wider and the shoulder pad actually padded.
