Life changing and lengthening I would think. Having lost over 5and a half stone means I am physically able to do so much and enjoy looking after my grandchildren. I feel great when I go out and have so much choice in my clothes.

Very trustworthy, easy to use very helpful

I have lost nearly 3 and 1/2 stone so far but haven’t finished the program yet so hoping to lose some more. Anyone that is thinking of trying to lose weight but needs extra help and support I would say go for it. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very supportive. Get your GP to refer you the quicker the better.

The first appointment was very good. Would totally recommend to anyone that is struggling at the moment. Very much appreciated to the lady that spoke to me she had a lot of patience and answered all my questions I had. Sorry I have forgotten her name but want to say a big thankyou to her. It was explained very well and the online model's are very helpful too on the app helps explain everything and understand. So thankyou.

Great interview at the start and great app follow up

The person who rang me to see how I was doing was so much encouraging me. I was disappointed on how much weight I lost. But she gave me encouragement as explained my body is still adjusting to it as well. So I'm carrying on and hopefully I will lose more weight next time.

Lots of useful information given in the courses and also by chatting to the coaches. Realistic goals and guidance if things don't go quite to plan. Non-judgemental, friendly coaches. They really do their best to help. Thank you

Was referred in June, still haven’t started the medication in the beginning of September and won’t be till approximately October. Would not recommend if you want to get help quickly.

Great weight loss programme. The app is brilliant and very easy to navigate and use. I feel very supported. It's a brilliant service. I would highly recommend it.

Ich finde diese App sehr gut. Ist annähernd der Richtmenge. Alles wird erklärt Schritt für Schritt. Die Rezepte für mich sehr passend bin begeistert. Man bekommt auch telefonisch Unterstützung. Es gibt ein Chat mit Experten und einen mit KI. Man kann das Essen eintragen, trinken, Snacks und vieles mehr wie Köpergewicht, Blutdruck. Der Kompass ein Traum , somit weis ich wo ich Nährstoffe zu wenig habe oder Fett zuviel. Und alles ganz leicht zu handhaben. Einfach Foto vom essen machen KI gibt vor was am Bild zu sehen ist ( ok ab und an muss ausgebessert werden, das ist das einzige wo man beachten muss) . Ich bin sehr zufrieden

Delivery of my prescription was soaking wet with ice bags melted and injection boxes soaking wet and falling apart - Usually the packages are very dry but as mentioned the whole packaging was caved in and every box of jabs were falling apart due to the packaging not being at the right environment with boxes in direct contact with ice packs that had melted to water the jab boxes were falling apart and soaked with injection boxes falling apart. That's as best as I can describe it. Just that the delivery times were also changed 3/4 times throughout the day also which I forgot to mention.

Great product the stuff u learn and format of oviva easy to use and staff are excellent so helpful and knowledgeable would advise anyone to use there services

I was 15 stone and i am now down to 12 stone (no injections and no tablets), because I could not take them due to medical reasons
I did not believe I could to it but it has helped me tremendously and I am shocked and illated with the results..
I am still with Oviva and I will get back down to 11 stone

KI ist hier nicht hilfreich und auch nicht angebracht, da Allergien vorhanden sind.
Mehr umsetzbare Rezepte machen das Ganze sicher noch interessanter und spornen auch an.
Ansonsten ist das Programm recht gut durchdacht.

Diese App ist eine echte Abzocke. Angeblich gibt es einen Experten-Chat, aber da kommen keine Antworten. Nur ab und zu schreibt eine KI und die ist so nützlich wie eine dritte Niere. Das „Expertentelefonat“ dauerte 15 Minuten und brachte nur den Satz „Essen Sie mehr Gemüse“, obwohl alle meine Ernährungsbalken im grünen Bereich waren. Fragen werden wie schon gesagt nicht oder nur allgemein beantwortet. Die Frage nach einem Keto-Rezept oder LowCarb wurde ganz abgeschmettert und einen Rezeptvorschlag gab es auch nicht. Und der Hammer; die App strotzt vor Fehlern und wenn man das hinschreibt, kommt nur der Hinweis, man soll das doch an den Support schreiben.
Ich fand das Erlebnis so frustrierend, dass ich das beendet habe. Man protokolliert sein Essen und bekommt NICHTS. Und die App kostet auch noch 220 Euro oder so für drei Monate. Und obwohl nicht gemacht wird, will die App andauernd, dass ich mir ein Folgerezept hole. Das ist ganz miese Abzocke… Finger weg davon!

Hinzu kommt die Antwort von Oviva hier unter der Kritik, da waren sie plötzlich schnell und haben geantwortet. Aber im Prinzip alles nur Augenwischerei. Die Realität sieht leider anders aus.

Übrigens: ich habe Oviva geschrieben, wie in der Antwort hier unter der Rezension erbeten. Und? Keine Antwort. Es ist also nur leeres Marketing-Sprech. Wie in der App selbst bekommt man nur Schweigen.

Meine Erfahrungen waren gut. Schön ist dass man keinen Kalorien zählen muss. Rezeptvorschläge gibt's auch viele.
